Process was straight forward, very simple and the services were second to none.
Amazing customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable through out the loan process. Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. Want to say thank you for all the help this company has done.
It was an easy process from choosing what bike i wanted all the way to the financing.
If I could leave no stars I would. I just opened my loan 3 weeks ago and contacted them to see if they had received the title yet because the dealers states they mailed everything and to also gain help to set up automatic payments. The first rep was very rude after she asked for my account number and stated she could not find anything then she searched with my name and social and I asked well what is the correct account number if that one was wrong and she yelled at me that she never told me my account number was wrong so I asked to speak to a supervisor because I did not like her attitude and even the supervisor became very foul with me stating I was the one being rude initially because I was talking abruptly and told me that they did not have to finance the utv I have for me and they could come pick it up. How was I being rude when this was my first call ever to this company? All I wanted was simple info not this! Like wow what a way to talk to someone and a first time customer at that. I then asked to the supervisor Alex’s supervisor and she began to tell me if she gave me her supervisors number that he would not allow me to talk to him this way and she advises I lose my attitude! Like what!?!? Am I some kid?!? Long story short she gave me a fake number! I am literally on the edge of going back to the dealer to cancel the loan!!! I have never in my life had a company talk to me that way! When if it was not for people like me allowing you to finance my loan you wouldn’t make any money!!! This was sick and disgusting and I hate I ever went through this company!
I Am Retracting My First Review I Gave Road Runner 1 Star Do To A Letter Sent To Me Saying That If I Wanted A Paper Title I Had To Contact DMV. I Was Told They Sent Me The Wrong Letter And Today I Received My Title. So Now I Am Happy.
Seven months have past since I paid off my loan. Still haven't received my MSO. They say they lost it and treat me like it's my problem. Update- 8 months now and they say there is nothing they can do.
Very good company to get financing on side by side polaris 570.Very bad when u go to your own credit union to get a loan an they wouldn't financing for u.But guess what roadrunner did for me so thank u roadrunner for getting me financing.they are the best one out there to do business with.cord credit union stay away from them I been banking with them for 5 year,that is sorry business. They won't finance me because doctor bills but guess what roadrunner will thanks again.
Worst finance company EVER to do business with. I bought a brand new Polaris utv on 06/08/2019 had it, paid on it on time EVERY month until this month 09/2020. My machine was stolen in August. My insurance company paid it off this past week. Went to buy me another machine to replace my first one. The service his time is absolutely horrible!!! A whole new percentage rate, they want a down payment, and capped my loan at $12,000. This was know where near the same case as the first time. And nothing on my credit has changed. They have basically put it as if I’m purchasing through them again, there gonna give me the worst treatment possible!! I don’t know about everyone else, but I feel repeat business by a loyal customer should be recognized!! But not with these jokers!!
Very unsatisfied customer here and I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!! Go where business is appreciated!! Go to a credit union or local bank!!!
Just responding to your message you tell me it was because we lost contact which is a bunch of bull the fact of the matter is your manager is a complete psychopath that had my wife crying something is wrong with y'all I was one payment behind and that payment was postpaid so we were in contact Liars and do me a favor tell your tow truck driver he is on video sneaking into my backyard I am looking to take legal action against Roadrunner Financial and the tow truck company and I will do everything I can to post proof of y'all wrongdoing y'all are calling Jerry Hopkins I have told y'all multiple times he passed away including sending a death certificate but y'all refused to take his name off y'all mistake of calling him is not my problem
IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE. I am now at 7 phone calls to get my SIF (security interest filling) release. I refinanced this loan with anther institution and Roadrunner States "we mailed it to them on 1 April 2020." I call my new lean holder and the state they have not received it. I call and call and call and get the same response from Roadrunner Customer No-service that they have sent it out. It is now 6-30-2020 and I can not get the SIF from Roadrunner and still no one wishes to help in the situation. I would not and will not ever deal with this company again. I would hope that if you are looking for a loan that you would also not consider using them. The level of customer service is worse than a fast food restaurant with teenagers working the store

As not to change my initial comment I will provide this update. After posting this review and a compliant to the BBB, I did get a response from the company. I have had a wonderful gentleman call me from the title department and take care of all of my concerns. Not to give his name here, but he manages the title department and did everything he said he would do. He even called back at a later date (today) to see if I got the documents needed. I do appreciate the Managers call and do think that he was very professional and sympathetic to my needs. I still don't think it should have had to go that far but the company has done everything they a supposed to do now. I did appreciate the last persons who helped me, and the fact they went above and beyond to make things right.

I want to change my opinion about this company. It started out rough, but now they are actually very helpful. I want to thank them for working with me on my payment dates and the extra time I need now and then. They went above and beyond to help with payments during the current pandemic. Thank you again Roadrunner!!!!
This company helped me out when I had average credit and wanted to get a loan for a motorcycle. The interest rate was a little high, but as you know its based on your credit score so I was okay with that. They now report to all 3 credit bureaus, so this helped improve my payment history. I would also like to thank their representative for all their help whenever I had a question throughout my loan, in particular Debbie Affinito, she went above and beyond multiple time to help speed up my process when I had paid off my loan and was trying to get the lien removed asap. Overall, great company and people and recommend checking them out.
Purchased a home while on ssd. No problems. Sent my proof of income into ROADRUNNER and was told I could not use "someone elses" social security as my income. The ssd is mine, not my kids. The letter clearly states my name, "for xxx". I had no issues getting a mortgage for almost 200k but cannot get financed from ROADRUNNER for a 3k mower for a ridiculous reason. I wasn't looking to buy a "toy" but rather a tool to maintain my property for my children. In the end their money to lend their rules.
