The clients had a bit of a hard time…
The clients had a bit of a hard time finding their representative at the masters. Also, the hotel was not very good. They stayed at the Sheraton and felt they were better hotel offerings so just wanna give you the feedback.

Thank you for your follow-up. The Masters is one of our most popular events each year, and we always appreciate hearing about our guests' experiences and perspectives.
The Masters is somewhat unique in that one of the world's most sought-after sporting events takes place in a relatively small city. As a result, accommodations in Augusta differ considerably from what guests may experience at other major global sporting events.
We have worked with the Sheraton Augusta for many years and, while it is not positioned as a luxury property, it has consistently been one of the most highly regarded and requested hotels for Masters guests. Following its recent renovation and given its excellent location—just 1.5 miles from the North Entrance of Augusta National—it was by far our most requested hotel for last year's tournament.
That said, we are sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and will certainly share your comments with the Sheraton team.

We were lucky enough to snag the last opening available and I still don’t know how that happened-most of the people we met had booked months earlier. The trip was amazing—great hotel option, transportation and seats all top notch. ON site reps were personable and available. We’ll use them again,

Brian and Alan were great
Brian and Alan were great! They did a good job of keeping us informed about the schedule of events and went out of their way to communicate with us and make things smooth and easy!
The hotel staff and rooms were good too, but the hotel breakfast was disappointing and the area around the hotel was very noisy from even the smallest amount of traffic. Because of the noise, we would not stay in this hotel again.

Staff (Led by Brian) were pleasant, organized, and provided excellent service. My family (all 5 of us) contracted with Roadtrips for a bucket list experience to the Indy 500. They got us the exact tickets we wanted, provided excellent lodging at the Hyatt and provided police escorted transportation to the race, saving hours wrestling with traffic. Exceeding all expectations and would highly recommend them.

Our trip to the Indy 500 was fantastic
Our trip to the Indy 500 was fantastic! We met Greg, our Road Trips representative, in the lobby of the Westin Hotel. Accommodations were great, walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the parade route. The bus transportation to and from the track was the best! We got to the track in about 15 minutes and even getting back to the hotel after the race was quick and easy. Overall, this was a great experience!

The trip was well organized and the on-site staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't give a five star rating because we had an issue with our Indy 500 race tickets. The tickets weren't recognized at the gate (it appeared to be an issue for about 50 Road customers). Ultimately we got in because the folks at the gate just let us in.

We do apologize for the issue with the Indy 500 tickets at the gate. There was a scanner problem which unfortunately caused some delays getting into the venue. We're glad the gate staff were able to quickly sort things out and get everyone inside so they didn't miss out on the experience.
