Good experience

I was a bit worried reading the reviews. Esp as I bought a hoodie which was 90 percent off and free delivery. I was nervous as to what I would receive as it was too much of a cheap bargain with free international delivery on top of that. Im happy to say I love my hoodie and I cant believe I got such a discount in their sale and it arrived within the week from Italy to London. I cant comment on would have happened if I had to return it but luckily I got the size right.

Buyer Beware

I have ordered several items from them and received only 3 out of the 6, one of which came with a torn tag and I have sent everything back. They cancelled one and refused to refund my money stating the charge will fall off when it’s already clearly been processed on my account. The other 2 items they state are still processing weeks later. They have no customer service and are non responsive to emails. You will have to dispute through your bank or sue them and I plan to do both. They should not be able to get away with keeping your money without supplying the product. That is fraud. I will never purchase from them again. Hard to believe this is a luxury brand because they are clearly scammers.

Un’esperienza davvero pessima. Ho effettuato un ordine sul loro sito per un cappotto e inizialmente risultava tutto confermato. Tuttavia, già il giorno successivo, l’ordine è stato annullato con la motivazione che il prodotto non era più disponibile in magazzino.
È inaccettabile che un’azienda di questo livello non sia in grado di gestire correttamente le disponibilità sul proprio sito, inducendo i clienti a credere di poter acquistare articoli che in realtà non sono più disponibili.

Ordered from Roberto Cavalli during a promotional sale. The order was accepted and confirmed, only to be cancelled afterwards due to “unavailability.”

No real explanation, no attempt to honour the price, and no goodwill gesture — just a generic refund and a “final decision” response from customer service.

This isn’t about a refund — it’s about how customers are treated after a purchase is already confirmed. Selling items that aren’t actually available during promotions and then cancelling later is, at best, poor practice.

Very disappointing experience from a brand of this level. Customers deserve better transparency and accountability.

They cancelled my order and never issued a refund!!!! I don’t know how to contact them, I sent a few emails and never got a response!!! Their stuff is not cheap so it is a big deal!!!!!!

Ho acquistato un paio di sandali neri di pelle ij saldo (225euro) e mi sono arrivate un paio di sneakers (60euro). Ho chiamato prontamente il servizio clienti appena aperto l'ordine ,che non ha saputo aiutarmi, mi ha chiesto di compilare un form perchè non poteva aprire una segnalazione. Ad oggi la risposta è che IP rimborso non è ancora stato emesso perchè stanno facendo le indagini di dove è stato commesso l'errore. Ho inviato tutte le foto possibili con le evidenze ..... veramente mi sento vittima di frode e credo che l'azienda si stia comportando malissimo. IP servizio cliente non aiuta e non sa rispondere alle domande dei clienti e Il rimborso doveva essere prontamente effettuato con tanto di scuse . Non conprate !!!
Mi hanno scritto oggi 31/03 chiedendo le foto delle suole.delle sneakers( cosa c'entra con l'errore che hanno fatto loro di prodotto). Non mi effettuano il.rimborso fino a quando non faccio il reso. Mi mandano un'email dicendo di prenotare il ritiro con ups e invece l'etichetta è di Fedex!! Non sanno proprio lavorare!!!! Errore dopo errore . Vergognoso il custoner service di Roberto cavalli!!

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service with highly incompetent and unprofessional members of staff who either choose not to reply to emails or provide convenient and unplausible excuses to serious queries. I waited for longer than a month to get a refund for a return having to write several times. They struggle to retrieve orders or match them to your name let alone, issue a refund.
One other dress arrived faulty with the strap detached. I signalled the fault and after being asked to provide several pictures, no more replies, conveniently.
If you want to avoid wasting money, don't order online from this company.

Soy cliente y he comprado en esta web en muchas ocasiones durante los últimos 7 años, pero quiero comentar , que ahora mismo es totalmente imposible contactar con at.al cliente, ya que bi por e-mail, ni mediante el formulario NO TE CONTESTAN y el numero de telefono , puesto en la pagina NO EXISTE! Tengo un pedido para devolver y no hay manera de contactar con ellos de ninguna de las maneras! Me parece fatal! A parte, se han cerrado todas las tiendas de Roberto Cavalli en Barcelona, incluida la de la Roca Village, o sea, aahora mismo es un desastre total! Por eso desaconsejo comprar de esta web, por lo menos hasta que no se arregla el tema de atencio postventa y etc. Me da mucha pena, de verdad, ya que hasta ahora compraba con mucha seguridad y gaste miles de euros en esta pagina.

Very mixed impressions

Mixed impressions. Personally, it is much easier for me to communicate and purchase items in a physical store. As for the online store, I definitely do not recommend it to anyone who expects to receive their order on time and without delays.

In my case, delivery timelines were critically important. I relied on misleading information on their website, where they state that they “try to ship orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase.” The key word here is “try” 🤦🏽‍♀️, because they did not provide any specific or clear answers to my messages regarding shipping timelines.

My order was placed and paid for on January 5, 2026, and was actually received only on January 20, 2026. UPS performed perfectly and without any delays, so the issue was clearly not the courier. Please keep this in mind.

The second issue was my mistake of deciding to order from them again. On January 26, 2026, at 10:03 AM, I placed another order, accidentally choosing the wrong bag color. Less than an hour later, I contacted customer support and placed a new order with the correct color. I was informed that once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible and the only option is to wait for the item to be delivered and then return it.

That means I have to wait until they decide to ship my order, which takes up to two weeks, wait for the courier, and only after that can I return the item — even though it has not been shipped yet. Today is January 28, and it is already obvious that they will not meet their own stated 2-business-day shipping timeframe.

As for the bag itself, I have no complaints. It is a very ordinary bag without any special features, except for the large logo on the front. Overall, it is an average item that corresponds to its price of $250.

Therefore, be prepared that, at best, you may receive your order after several weeks rather than within the promised delivery timeframe.

Vergognosi.

Ho appena scoperto che il marchio di moda italiano “Roberto Cavalli” è ora di proprietà della società araba “DICO Group”, questo potrebbe spiegare, in qualche modo, perché i dipendenti di azienda si comportino nella maniera così arrogante e cafona sia al telefono che tramite email, usando un linguaggio poco professionale.

Li contatto qui perché tutte le mie precedenti email sono state ignorate! Voglio cancellare immediatamente e definitivamente il mio account personale dal sito di “Roberto Cavalli”. La mia esperienza con questa azienda è stata estremamente negativa. Li sconsiglio categoricamente! Dal fatto di essere maleducati a finire della situazione vergognosissima della postvendita! Una infinita totale vergogna!

Probabilmente è perché io sono stata un po' viziata dalle aziende italiane veramente grande tipo “Dolce & Gabbana” o francesi tipo “Christian Louboutin”, sono signori con “S” maiuscola! Gentle, disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema, educati e amichevoli, e non mi aspettavo affatto una tale maleducazione da “Roberto Cavalli”, ma ora so che questa azienda non è più italiana e rifiuterò semplicemente i loro prodotto, tutto qui.

Avevo bisogno di un cursore della cerniera di una giacca in pelle nuova perché quello che è stato prima era difettoso e sia rotto subito, e che io, tra l’altro, non avevo chiesto di regalarmi quel cursore..

vergognosi.

kein Refund.

Ich stecke seit 4 Wochen in einer Diskussion mit meiner Retour.

Diese wurde nicht bearbeitet und vergessen trotz regelmäßigem Mailverkehr. Am 10.12.2025 ist die Retour im Lager angekommen.

Vor 2 Tagen kam endlich die Rückerstattung. Allerdings nur für ein Produkt und nicht für zwei.

Der Support meldet sich nun gar nicht mehr und ich bleibe auf den Kosten für das zweite Produkt sitzen.

Ich versuche in den nächsten Tagen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Bitte lasst die Finger von dem Onlineshop.

Ordine anulato..motivo inspiegabile

Ho sempre comprato dei prodotti alla marca, però mai dallo store online. Ho decisso di visitare il sito per curiosità durante l'evento dei grandi sconti.
Ho fatto l'ordine a 28.11.2025..dopo 12 giorni ancora niente. Dopo enesima volta che gli ho contattato scrivendo e chiamando il servizio clienti, prima mi hanno detto:
"In merito al suo ordine, la informiamo che al momento abbiamo un piccolo ritardo nelle consegne a causa delle numerose richieste ricevute e stiamo già contattando il reparto competente per accelerare il più possibile le spedizioni.
Una volta spedito, riceverà un'e-mail di conferma con le istruzioni per tracciare il suo ordine....ecc."
E 10 min. dopo mi hanno mandato mail che il mio ordine è stato annullato.
Cosi dal punto in bianco..senza nessuna spiegazione...

Fraud with used shoes

I ordered 4 Pairs of shoes, they have sent a pair in 1 day and the other 3 never. the one pair of shoes that came was definitely worn with lots of marks,defects and signs of clear usage. They kept asking for pictures in order to resolve the matter, but nothing was done. Paypal have had to step in. this online store is a catastrophy and it really needs to get the authorities attention for mass fraud.

Awful service, unprofessional customer service

My recent experience with the Roberto Cavalli online store has been thoroughly unacceptable. I received the wrong item despite providing accurate order details, and the customer service team repeatedly requested additional photographs even after I had already supplied clear evidence of their mistake. Rather than resolving the issue efficiently, the process became unnecessarily time-consuming and unhelpful.

The delivery service was equally unsatisfactory. Most of my order has still not arrived, and one parcel was inexplicably delivered to a vape supply shop rather than to my own address. This level of disorganisation is astonishing for a brand that positions itself as a luxury retailer.
After checking online reviews, it is evident that these issues are not isolated. Many customers report receiving incorrect items, experiencing long delivery delays, and dealing with unprofessional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience reflects exactly the same problems.
Based on this, I will not be purchasing from Roberto Cavalli again. The service is shambolic, unreliable, and far below the standard expected from a premium brand. I strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order. Also, I noticed there has been no response from customer service to any of the reviews. That should say it all. Disgraceful!
