Great customer service and an easy use website for ordering

Easy order and a great quality product.

Sorry to say but!!! I am staying at Camelot Castle Hotel. During the evening of my stay on the first day i bought a tub of these snacks. Disgusting! They taste like they were kept in a room that was just painted, they literally taste like gloss paint. I have complained, bar staff opologised but at the end of the day, its not their fault, the tub was sealed. I will never again purchase anything from Roberts. Even my other half refused to eat them after the first bite

Having spoken to Roberts of Dorset it was determined that the scratchings i had were either left in a room that had recently been painted or stored in a room with paint. Must admit i didnt realise that the paint fumes could penetrate the plastic tub (makes sence really)
I have since had (courtesy of Roberts Dorset) a couple of tubs of the said scratchings and they are perfect, tasty, crunchy, full of flavour, moorish, unfortunately i cant eat just one or two, i have to eat the lot ! Definately worth five stars. Just a pity i happen to get the tainted tub ???
My other half has just said
"The best pork scratchings she has ever had" great flavour, brittle but not that hard that they break your teeth"
I think that says it all.

Bought a tub of chorizo flavour pork scratchings from a local deli. They were awful: really rancid. So, I informed Robert's and, after a bit of a delay, replacements were posted to me, which were really delicious.
So, great product and great after sales service.
If you get a rogue batch, let them know.

Well I'm not sure what's going on, the product arrived fine and they got the flavours right. We have had online orders from them a number of times before and bought from a local stockist. But the crackling was all totally different this time - just the skin, no rendered tasty fatty later under skin, like normal scratchings and what we have always received from Robert's Dorset before. Now they are REALLY hard, tooth shatteringly so and really dry and the flavour isn't quite right. So not a pleasure to eat at all. Sadly, if this is now the product on offer we will have to go elsewhere. Which is doublely annoying as most other companies put a load of crap into their pork rinds/scratchings/crackling which is why we liked Robert's Dorset so much. So is this how it ends?

Edit - It's not how it ends! Roberts Dorset kindly sent out a new batch, free of charge, and they were the proper yummy pork scratchings we have come to love. Thank you so much for that, we will be ordering again soon.

I contacted Robert Dorset regarding my recent order of pork crackling, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The crackling I received was extremely vinegary – nothing like before. They used to have a nice crispy piece of meat attached, but this time it was just hard, tough skin soaked in vinegar.

I waited a long time for my order, which I understood, because they replied saying they had some supply issues. They even promised me a 50% refund, but I never received it. I could have let that go, but when I told them about the awful taste – honestly, I had to throw everything in the bin – I didn’t even get a reply.

It’s such a shame, because I really used to love their pork crackling, and I understand that sometimes a batch might not turn out perfect. I’d actually love to give them another chance, but now I’m afraid it will be the same again.

I really enjoyed your product in the past but I think that you must have changed your recipe as the last ones I bought (after them not being available for a while)are very hard.I enjoy this snack as I have type 2 diabetes which I control with diet

Great pork crackling. Packed with flavour and each tub is literally bursting they are so packed! Tastes great and will definitely buy again. Our household favourite is the sage and onion flavoured crackling or the sweet chilli. Although an honourable shoutout to the naga chilli flavoured one - that is very hot and goes great with a cold beer!!
I think some of the negative reviews stem from people not actually knowing what they are buying. Pork scratchings are single cooked (harder texture) and pork crackling is cooked twice, hence the more airy and lighter texture 👍🏻

I love these items of fudge, the salted caramel would be spot on 100% if slightly more salted , but apart from that no problem. So in all 99% spot on with ease of ordering, delivery timeline , flavour selection, taste, everything

It came very quickly and safely. I love your Pork Crackling. I am going to our Hospice fete today and see you are there selling your crackling. I might even indulge so my large glass pot keeps a little longer.

Really good Pork Scratchings, some really nice flavours along with the traditional favourites but beware the Naga chilli ones are only for heat lovers.
