Buying a diamond ring online is a little nerve wracking.
Robin Hood took all of the nerves and worry out of the process! They have an enormous selection of styles and cuts of diamonds. Their customer experience and customer service are world class! We had a sizing issue when we received the ring at first and it was quickly fixed (3 days!) and without worry! EVERYTHING about this experience has been exceptional!
I also appreciate how buying online came without any pressure of a salesperson standing over your shoulder at a retail shop trying to get you to buy something you don’t really want.

Absolutely LOVE my rings! RHD customer service is top notch. They stayed in touch with me through every step of the process with regular status updates as well as CAD images to get my approval before starting on my custom wedding set. These were a 25th anniversary gift from my husband and my "dream rings." The whole process took exactly 30 days from the time we placed our order until I had them on my finger, which is impressive considering how detailed both rings are.
They are gorgeous! Absolutely stunning. Every detail is perfect and exactly as I imagined. My daughter says it looks like I have a flashlight on my finger. Bravo, RHD! Wonderful experience.

Great selection of loose diamond stones. Process of comparing and evaluating diamond specifications were easy and straightforward. I was able to find the same diamond stone being sold elsewhere at a slightly more affordable price range in their inventory. Couldn't be any more pleased with the experience.

Honestly, I tend to forget leaving reviews. I couldn’t forget my experience this time. RHD was very communicative from the beginning. It was never difficult to get ahold of them. I didn’t have to wait through a long automated system. Their contact number is a direct line to speaking with someone.

Now, the craftsmanship and detail that RHD put into the ring I purchased was exceptional. I did so much research on engagement rings before making a decision with RHD, that I almost feel confident I could start working there if I applied. So seeing the attention to detail they give to their product is unmatched. I’m beyond impressed.

What stood out the most, was that the Senior Co-Founder, William, actually spoke with me directly. He was very kind, polite, and professional. He made sure himself, that everything went smooth in this process. For a founder to humble himself, by taking the time to speak with the consumer, speaks volumes about his character and more importantly, his company.

Robin Hood diamonds is drastically cheaper than any of the chain jewelry stores. I got an 8 carat lab grown diamond for just under 1900$ usd. If you go to any jewelry stores in your city you wouldn't find anything even close to that size for that price. Chain jewelry stores are a scam because of their insane mark up.

Just got my ring, 2 weeks after ordering a custom. When initially purchased, chose a 6.11 carat lab diamond. Was text the next day that it was no longer get available and that I was being upgraded to a higher carat/clarity at no extra charge. Received a 7.02 carat and my ring is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! Love that it’s recycled precious metal and a lab grown diamond.

Robinhood was amazing throughout the entire experience, from their communication to the behind-the-scenes process. They have a very unique way of providing CAD images that are incredibly realistic and give you great insight into exactly what you’re ordering. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I am absolutely in LOVE with my custom engagement ring! I was nervous about making such a special purchase without stepping into the store but I researched Robin hood diamonds extensively and took a leap of faith. I couldn't find another ring that was more perfect! Delivery took a bit longer as my chosen stone was no longer available soon they actually upgraded my carat/quality a bit at no extra charge! Communication and customer service was on point through the entire process. Highly recommend !
