good product , good delivery

Bought the conclear due to cement staining on Indian sandstone.Found it frustrating the guides online and on the back of the product are vague. Used originally as per instructions but didn’t really remove any of the staining. After a second phonecall to the office (as the first girl I spoke to couldn’t really care less what I was phoning about) I spoke to Rob who advised to use undiluted. At first it worked really well with no signs of the dreaded rust which it can cause and the patio looked great, 3 days later the patio is now full of rust. Nowhere on the instructions does it say how when rust is likely to come through. I’m surprised that there are no help videos online at the website or some kind of better real life examples. The cost of the conclear I would say is reasonable but the delivery charge not so much. Not very happy with the experience/cost of using the product or the level of help and guidance. Now facing a cost of £170 to buy the rust remover! Use with extreme caution!

Excellent product results after 15 minutes

The conclear product didn’t work for the dried cement that was left on the patio. Used neat and followed the instructions but barely touched it. Disappointed. Now going to have to buy an alternative.

I bought this product to remove cement stains on my Indian Sandstone patio. I applied the product and followed full instructions, covering the slabs to make sure they didn’t dry out on a warm day. The minute I started washing the product off after 45 minutes, it turned my Indian Sandstone white, almost like a giant bleach stain. After speaking directly to Rob Parker, he advised its most LIKELY salt being drawn to the surface and he advised me to apply more product which has done nothing to revolve the issue. This has caused significant staining to my 18 month old patio and I am not satisfied nor is this complaint resolved. I’ll be seeking further guidance from Rob when the office opens next week.

Great product does what it says,following a review on here I followed the advice and wet the area sprayed conclear on neat covered in plastic and left on for 2-3 hours then power washed it away works wonders maybe have to go over it with a diluted mix as well removed dried Mortar from patio really well !!!

Stained our grey natural sandstone with cement remover and they turned yellow. This product after only using twice has completely restored them back to the original colour! Highly recommend!!!!

Staff gave helpful responses to queries. The product does not give the instant response of other products and requires patience. The coping is adjacent to plants so product had to be applied with a brush - it wore down two. Initial response not great but a big thunderstorm a week later made an impact and improved things a lot. Plants survived with no problems. Some areas may yet need a second coat. Only niggle is cost of transport added almost a third to the price. It was speedy but would be prepared to wait a bit longer for cheaper carriage.

Initially the product helped to remove rust stains (caused by brick acid used by ignorant builder) from grey sandstone patio and I was very happy. However, after few days a very dark lines appeared on the contours of where rust stains were. Also after a week or so, large stains of rust reappeared again on the originally most affected stones.
I give it 3 stars as it sort of worked but results didn’t last.
Any advice from the team on what to do next?
