I run my own IT business in Victoria and previously had multiple hosting accounts with one of the major Australian hosting providers. I recently discovered ROBTEC Hosting when I was looking for a replacement hosting provider, primarily driven by service and cost benefit improvements.
The speed and feature set of the cPanel hosting with ROBTEC has been much better than my previous host and the pricing is excellent too. Support has been fantastic (very responsive and helpful) with each request I have submitted.
I required some specific changes to the cPanel platform, which after internal review at ROBTEC, were promptly implemented.
In short, I have zero regrets about moving my domains and hosting across to ROBTEC Hosting.
Overall, I highly recommend ROBTEC Hosting to anyone looking for a feature packed hosting service, excellent pricing and great support.
