I met a lovely girl called Katy who was so helpful and professional. Katy answered all my questions and did a scalp analysis and put my mind at rest . I bought the Oway products suitable for my scalp and hair and got instructions on how to use same.

I’ve been a customer of Roches for years and can honestly say they have always treated me with care. The range of products is excellent. The staff warm and friendly. All good.

Amanda made my entire experience the most relaxed and pleasant time I couldn’t have asked for more I can never thank her enough for making such a terrible experience so easy.

Patricia was extremely helpful. She was able to answer many of my questions relating to my hair loss during and after my upcoming treatment and also showed me different styles of wigs and hair pieces. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend Roches.

I attended Roches in search of a hair topper as I’ve very thin hair and my daughter is getting married.
From when I made the phone call to walking out the door with my purchase I was treated with helpfulness, friendliness and respect.
Everybody is so pleasant and so genuinely nice.
Patricia was my therapist/hairdresser and the lady who could read my mind and knew exactly what I needed.
I had previously had human hair toppers which apart from being very expensive were a pain to wash and style. Patricia went through everything with me and showed me what she thought would suit me and my own hair colour andskin tone It was as if she read my mind but she is really spot on with colours and knows her job and stock so well.
I was delighted with the synthetic hair topper I chose (and having washed it at the weekend using the correct products I was delighted at the ease of styling using no heat). It’s really light , airy and gorgeous with a very comfortable cap with clips and Patricia showed me how to put it on in a way to reduce traction.
I also bought a small light hair topper for wearing in hot weather and it’s gorgeous too.
Overall I was delighted with my visit and would highly recommend Roches for in extra hair!
I still keep looking at myself in mirrors when I’m out and am so excited that I have hair that looks so well.

Lots to choose from, and quick delivery

I was apprehensive going for my first visit after my surgery but I need not have been. I was professionally dealt with and left very happy.

I visited Roches to today to get a few hats, and a fringe & hair halo to wear with them.
Andrea was really helpful, showing me a selection of hats that met my criteria & helping me fit them all on. Maria on reception was great with proposing the best way to make the most of the various funding available (HSE/ PRSI / Health Insurance/ 20% tax refund).
While the hats may appear expensive at face value, they are good quality, and using the expert advice on making the most of the funding /refunds available, they actually cost a lot less at the end of the day than it seems.
I would definitely recommend and will come back again.
