Roches has the most kind and experienced staff that guided me through every step of the process of chemotherapy hair loss, from topper to wig to the first trim of my hair regrowth after finishing treatment. Even in the hardest of times I would look forward to going to Roches, knowing I would leave with a smile on my face and a boost in my self confidence :)

I got a wig a few months ago and was having trouble looking after it. I rang roches back and they were amazing. They told me to come in and they would look at the wig. I was there for almost an hour and my wig was like new again and she gave me loads of advice for moving forward and they didn't charge me anything. I would highly recommend them. I received a personal service beyond compare. The entire encounter was professional and discreet. The staff were very experienced guiding me through a service that I knew nothing about. They made me feel comfortable and in control of the situation. I was given plenty of time to consider various options and I was delighted with my choice. The fact that it is a family business shows as they really value every customer. I couldn't recommend then highly enough.
