Sérieux mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Prévenue par mail de l'arrivée de l'article. L'envoi a été rapide. Le colis est arrivé en à peine une semaine. L'article commandé est conforme à la description. Le seul bémol est la faible qualité du produit par rapport au prix. Payer aussi cher pour une si piètre qualité, c'est vraiment dommage !

Still zero information about tracking…no product in hand.
Still zero information about tracking information and delivery date. Replies to the email I was sent in regards to my concern are undeliverable. Was told that order was shipped and I would be given a tracking number immediately, as somehow there was a "mistake" that one was not given in the first place. 3 days later... nothing. I will allow 24 hours to rectify this, or the Better Business Bureau, my credit card company, and my lawyer wil be called. I will also go the ends of the earth on every social media outlet, letting people know that this site is bogus.

I saw your products on facebook and was impressed by the cuteness of the leggings and top. I was about to place an order until I saw a picture of a top and bottom (set) that I already have. Then I realized that your website is a scam. You are showing images of products made by bigger companies and making people believe that those brands are yours. Bad, very bad...especially knowing that your company is based in China. Please quit scamming people. You're showing good quality products made by other companies and when people get their orders, they are very disappointed. You people changed the top/bottom name brand from PE Nation and changed the letter N to an F and named it FATION. Please quit your dirty scam practices.

Awesome stuff easy ordering experience
I'm always weary about purchasing items from online stores that I see on Facebook however this one was great. They really had cool stuff online
however I was debating if I should make in order. But then I got a discount coupon which made me make it. I made an order, received an update on the status of my order, and actually got a personal note from somebody at their company. I haven't received my order yet however with all the updates I'm getting I'm sure it will come. Good job RockActive.

Poor quality clothing
Poor quality clothing and the best option of compensation is 75% off another item ....which is going to be equally as poor quality which will also take weeks and weeks to come.
Will not be using again.
Wish it was easier to detect these types of companies.

I was concerned when I read some of the other reviews, but my first experience with Rock Active was excellent. I ordered my top on January 8 and it arrived January 25. It looks exactly like the picture on the website and the quality is better than expected. I followed the size recommendations and the fit is perfect. I don't think my tracking info was ever updated and it took a while because it was shipped from China. I hope everything goes as well if I order again.
