Concert t shirts what I am after. Old school metal. Or rock and roll era 70s 80s and t shirts that are celebrating decades together. Like Iron maiden. Peace ☮️

Too long for it to be shipped out
It has taken way too long for them to ship out the order. I did not expect it for it to take so long to ship. It was suppose to be for a birthday gift.

Hi Jesus - we're very sorry for the delay in shipping that you experienced. We received your order and processed it on Thursday. The items you purchased - both of them are actually fulfilled by the manufacturer who requires a 2-4 business day turnaround, and this is boldly stated in the products' descriptions. In addition, and in our defense, we also clearly state right after that manufacturer shipping notification that if an order is needed by a certain date, that the customer needs to let us know in the Notes section at checkout. We never received any notification from you that you required this order, by a specific date. Therefore, we processed and sent the order to the manufacturer on Friday - with the instruction to ship priority, as that is what you paid for. Monday was a federal holiday, and they were neither open nor able to ship. That being said, it now being Wednesday - we're expecting shipping information to be provided today, by the manufacturer.

I'm sorry that we had to do that, Kimberly, however, your purchase was detected by our order security system as high risk of fraud. When that happens, we immediately cancel orders so as to protect the credit card holder from unapproved charges and ourselves from receiveing a chargeback. We would have been happy to work this out with you had you contacted us upon cancellation of the order - but you never reached out to inquire with us - so, again, because your order was reported as high fraud risk - we had to take preemptive measures to protect both our store and the card holder.

i love this t-shirt but when i first wore it, the dye transferred onto my whole body and other clothes. i’ve since washed it twice and it’s still happening. not what i expected for the price i paid.

We're really sorry to hear about this. We're not the manufacturer, so we don't have any control over that sort of issue. Unfortunately, you ordered the very last one of these we had in stock. I completely understand your frustration, and if you'd like to reach out to us, directly, we can offer you store credit on a future purchase. However, with you being in Korea, and the fact that you washed this shirt, we are not able to issue a return shipping label.

Thank you for your order and this review. Yes - our items are either shipped from our warehouse or our manufacturers' warehouses - it depends on the particular item. We do place a notice on the top of every page on the website to communicate this and also on the individual products' pages that are shipped by those manufacturers, on our behalf.
Delayed Shipment
I placed my order on June21st and it has not shipped yet. I was not informed that it was back ordered and do not know why it has not yet shipped.

Hi Eriche - I'm very sorry that you're unhappy with how long it has taken to ship your order, however, in our defense, there are notifications at the top of every page of our website that certain items are shipped on our behalf, by our manufacturers, and your item is one of them. Furthermore, it states both in the AVAILABILITY section, on the product page of the item you ordered, that this is fulfilled by our manufacturer and then in the product's actual description, it's highlighted that it takes 2-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped AFTER we submit it to them, with the stipulation that if you needed this item by a certain date, that you needed to let us know in the NOTES section of your order. You didn't alert us to this, so we sent this order in, along with a number of others, early last week, after we returned to the office and warehouse to process orders. Your order was placed on a Saturday, so Monday was the first opportunity we had to attend to it. That being said, we should have tracking information available to us tomorrow (Monday, June 30), at which point we will update your order to Shipped Complete.
