While we're very sorry to receive this review and hear you hadn't yet received your order, by the time you wrote this review, your order was shipped on December 27, by the manufacturer. Reviewing your order, it was placed on December 21, using standard shipping, with no reference as to when you needed the item by. Furthermore, there is a large disclaimer, in bold lettering, in this product's description that states this item is fulfilled by the manufacturer, and they ship 2-4 days after we submit the order to them, and if the item is needed by a particular date, then that needs to be referenced in the Notes section, by the customer, at checkout. Otherwise, we have no idea that the item needs to be received by a certain date/time. That being said, there was no note to us stating a need to be received by a particular date, nor was any sort of express shipment option chosen. So, we simply processed the order, along with the other ones that are fulfilled by that manufacturer, as a standard order, with standard shipping. However, as mentioned, the order was shipped on December 27 and is scheduled to arrive in the next couple of days.

Extremely disappointed that I did not get the shirt I ordered. It shows in stock. If I wanted the shirt I received I would have ordered it.

We're very disappointed to hear this as well, as this shirt was fulfilled by the manufacturer, on our behalf, as referenced in BOLD in the product's description. We double checked to make sure we ordered the correct item, from the manufacturer, for this customer, and everything on our end was correct. After tracking this order, we discovered the customer had this shirt in his possession for 2 days before writing this review, and within that time, he made no effort to contact us to alert us that he had received the wrong item. If he had contacted us immediately, we could have worked with the manufacturer to get him the correct item reshipped to be received in time for the holiday. Therefore, we are now left with a bad review because of lack of communication from the customer. As you can see from our other reviews, when customers reach out to us with issues, we work very diligently to go above and beyond to rectify any errors or issues.

Terrible customer service.
I never received my package and I went above and beyond to help them file a claim with the USPS but they refuse to refund my order.
Thieves that stole my money.

After speaking with our Fulfillment Manager regarding this order who tried to help this customer during the busiest time of the year and filing a claim with the USPS on her behalf - this customer’s review is not really very legitimate. She claims she never received her order which the USPS vehemently denies both on their website & in a letter to us. Our team did all we could.

I ordered a shirt from this website I wrote back to them and they still have not replied since it's been about a week ago they sent me a t-shirt that was a small and I ordered a 2X large they're not really showing no concern about my situation I'm not going to order from them again ever do not shop at this website they don't give you the right stuff you ordered and wrong size bs smh on top of that the shirt was $38 what a joke
