Rocket New has provided support in a webapp design that has many components for our system and AI integrations. Our intersections in the wellness industry and nature of our business has allowed us to build the most comprehensive system to truly support our clients in a holistic manner. The support from the team has been wonderful, and the option of a real team to talk to and troubleshoot in addition to the quality of the content, the design and the timeliness of development has allowed us to develop our products for our niche where other competitors were not able to match the overall final outcome we have received with Rocket.

Fantastic production-grade product! Stellar Customer Service - they surpassed all expectations! I was apprehensive at first about using them about building a production-ready site in a super short time! First they surprised me by the research that went into building a draft version of my site based on a simple, but descriptive, prompt. I read about their philosophy: how rocket acts like a product manager, designer and developer - all work together on the website - and that totally made sense! The level of detail, classification of content, copy text that went into this first draft was evidence! Next, I loved the ease with which I could make changes to the code or design without spending tokens on AI. Third, loved the ease with which I could deploy to netlify - almost a one-click deploy in the draft state and easy to switch to my domain when I was ready! Four, integrations - supabase, resend, others - I didn’t know of them or what they do - the AI walked me through the options step by step and got things ready. Fifth, customer service- just awesome: when I told support@ that ai wasted a few tokens on trying to implement a code change (telling me it was done, when it wasn’t), customer service quickly refunded some tokens; when I didn’t see why I needed to spend tokens to just upload large images into the image folder, they offered to do it for me; response time on email is anywhere from a few hours to a day - and that worked for me. For over six years, I had an idea that I always wanted to bring to life, but without any coding knowledge it felt almost impossible. When AI tools started becoming more accessible recently, I saw an opportunity. I began exploring different vibe coding platforms so I could finally start building my idea.

Throughout that process, I tried several tools. While they were promising, I often ran into issues with prompting or technical errors. Unfortunately, whenever I reached out to their support teams for help, I rarely received any responses. This left me feeling stuck and stranded many times, especially when I was making progress and suddenly encountered a problem I couldn’t solve on my own.

It makes experimentation and iteration much more practical, especially for someone like me who is learning while building.

The support I received went far beyond what I expected. They provided me with additional tokens to help continue working through the problem and also assisted with manual code support on my backend to make sure things were functioning properly.

If you just need a brand page or business page rocket will do it in minutes. Also, there are some concerns and complications, and I understand it is due to the complexity of the project. Though the issues room two weeks to resolve, I was updated and kept in continuous communication on their progress. Compared to other builder AI applications, this was the most responsive and considerate support service I have experienced.

I don’t typically give reviews but as a newbie in app development, I have been blown away with the features of Rocket.new and the amazing backend support and responsiveness that the team provides. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions when I needed help and they are always prompt to assist. I highly recommend their tool and service to all.

J'ai essayé plusieurs IA pour mon application, et au final, elle sont toutes pareil.

3) IA qui ne sais plus ou elle se trouve
Tout cela mange beaucoup de crédits
Je crois que les IA sont capable de faire de bonne PETITES application de 2 ou 3 pages sans trop de complications. Au-delà c'est une galère.
Pour ma part, Rocket.new fait de très bon design. Mais il faut débuter avec une IA pour les grandes lignes et le design car ça va vite et peu cher. Ensuite tout récupérer et finaliser avec un développeur humain
tout le monde n'est pas développeur. Il manque des explications simple pour par ex : créer une authentification, un systeme de paiement,etc car commencé à paramètrer supabase et google cloud n'est pas si évident quand ont n'y connais rien

At start super good... Creative, fast... Then added languagues...Nightmare. Spent hours and hours to fix translation mistakes, contamination, fixing the fix to fix the fix... Well, USD $250 to give ROCKET.NEW the time to get out of beta stage. Wasting your time and money if you need more than 1 language. DON'T USE them to care for multilanguage. You will waste your money and time right away!!!

Clearly, this is a money trap. After 1 hours of simple building the architecture of an app, the first layer of subscription is not enough.

After a little bit of architectural work, the AI burns its "Token" and you can't progress anymore.

Off course, there is no free trial and can't get a refund after 1 hours of work.

Scam!

I have been building a small app which takes 15M tokens, each time you do or add something it breaks down another setting. Fixing it costs you tokens!!!
The idea is really great and maybe, just maybe after the beta it will be better but at this point it just eats your money away!!! Just frustrating!! as still all functions aren't working even after requesting to fix this several times. 15M tokens for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!

It allows you to create apps previews of what you want in a matter of minutes, the AI works really well.

The implementation in a real app. 3/5.
Here is where problems start. The final app wouldn't work as the preview cause it'll probably need the use of Supabase and things that aren't obvious for the non-programmers. So what looked like an easy task turned to be much difficult and more frustrating than expected in order to make it work as a downloadable app.

The subscription plans 2/5.
I think 25 dollars a month for a subscription with limited tokens is too expensive. The tokens will run out very fast the moment you try to correct things that don't work or if you want to do various small changes. I think it should give much higher number of tokens with the 25 dollar plan. Most of my frustration came from running out of tokens and having to pay another month just to fixed problems that didn't appear on the preview of the app.

The Help Service 5/5
Here the app really shines, it has a very good human service that helped me a lot to fix the problems that I had until were solved, certainly the best help service I ever had. So I guess there is a great team behind. Because of that, I think this app has a lot of potential on becoming a reference in AI app making. I wish them the best.

Overall, making the app work wasn't as easy as it seemed but I learned quite a lot about the world of AI and app making and now I'm more interested in learning more about it in the future

Rocket is working on an extremely complicated website with several API’s, databases and payment interfaces. Support has been amazing in helping me overcome major obstacles that seemed insurmountable. The finish line is just a short distance away.
