Harsh's support wasn't just helpful; it was exceptionally fast and effective. The issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly, allowing me to get right back on track without losing momentum. Very bad experience! They sell as they are a good, fast, trustworthy nocode platform, but in reality its just bad. It doesnt do what you tell it do. Wastes millions of tokens and doesnt even change anything in the website and is way overpriced.

I had a great experience with Rocket. the team is very helpful and supportive. I completed 3 projects with them. and will make many more.

I’m not a programmer, and honestly I thought it would be easy-peasy with a no-code platform. The reality is: building an app is never “just one click.” I ran into bugs, roadblocks, and things I didn’t understand. But here’s the difference Rocket Support didn't disappoint. Infact they literally helped me step by step, even generating my AAB file so I could publish on the Google Play Store. That’s real service.

Yes, you still need to put in effort, but Rocket makes it possible for regular people like me to turn an idea into a real app. Without Rocket, this would have taken me months or I would have given up completely. Now I have a working app I can be proud of.

The support team deserves a special compliment their fast replies, patience, and hands-on help were honestly the best I’ve ever experienced on any platform.

If you’re serious about building, Rocket is absolutely worth it.

Signed up for an annual plan. Tokens get gobbled up and reloaded once. Contacted support and they advised to switch plan. Did that and they sent me a screenshot of the credit. Went to reload the tokens and no credit is in the account. Emailed support and was directed to the reload area with nothing to show. Have sent 3 more emails with no response. These offshore AI companies typically have HORRIBLE customer service and make you feel like your money is theirs so why bother.

I’ll have to contact the credit card company for a chargeback request because this isn’t right to ignore customers ESPECIALLY being a new platform. AVOID THESE PEOPLE

All that happens is you refuel tokens then have to go through fix after fix until you need to refuel and repeat the process. I did this 4 times with the same failed APK build. Full of errors and missing code. Ready for you to run fixes in and chew up your credits. Waste of time.

Super service, excellent vibe coding tool

I have zero experience with coding or app building, although I consider myself fairly technically savvy. With an idea for a mobile app in mind, I started searching for AI-powered builders and came across Rocket.new. I'm pretty impressed!

Of course, starting out it took a lot of trial and error to figure out what worked best for prompts and guiding the AI, but once I got a hang of it I have found it to be quite intuitive and effective. I did run into one issue recently where the AI - for some reason - couldn't seem to figure out a relatively simple request, and the support team was very responsive and worked to fix the issue for me.

On a related note, because I had put my work on hold while waiting for that issue to be resolved, I ended up losing quite a few credits I had just purchased (they expired after 7 days since I hadn't renewed my monthly plan). The team is now working to restore the lost credits to me. I've been really happy with the support I've received so far overall.

I see a lot of complaints, here and on their Discord server, but honestly I'm really happy with the product so far. Would I like for it to use less credits? Of course, but at the end of the day I expect to end up with a working app that I'm happy with for FAR less investment than what hiring a developing would have required.

After spending time and money here, I can honestly say the platform feels half-baked. The workflow isn’t stable — instead of creating confidence, it creates uncertainty. One step forward often leads to two steps back.

The cost-to-value ratio is terrible. You burn through credits quickly, but the return is inconsistent at best. It doesn’t feel optimized for real-world use where reliability and efficiency are non-negotiable.

Your asking Rocket.new to should a particular problem but then again they will give you other problem..

I love the overall output. Much better than lovable.dev but its very expensive and your just burning your tokens for a problem. But then again, they keep adding another problem

Where is Zero star? I can not find it, so i am forced to give 1 star that this Company absolutely not deserved. This is a scam. Their platform when prompted to fix an issue, will return with additional five broken issues. And it costs lots of token to fix the issue broken by them. Somewhere down the road this will happen again, rinse and repeat. Customer service sucks, they don't respond to support email on time. It also feels like their engine takes your prompt and passes it to another engine, gets result and passes it back to you. I think that is why the engine responses are relatively slow and cost more token. Anyone serious about rolling out any project on timely manner should not be using Rocket.new, for now. Period

Website experience was good but what was even better the support i had a problem and tried to request refund even tho the time frame for the refund was over still they refunded me which is really great and i appreciate it alot !

To be honest, that tool is fine. I chose a subscription, which are a bit expensive, but it’s okay. I like what it does, but sometimes it might need improvement, it uses a lot of tokens. A special thanks to the team support who answers fast and help the best they can, such as Niraj :) . Apart from that I will try my best for my project

I used Rocket to build an app and was genuinely impressed by how much faster it was compared to coding everything from scratch or hiring a freelancer. After submitting my initial prompt, Rocket generated a solid app skeleton almost instantly. From there, I needed to prompt it individually for each UI element’s functionality. As long as I kept my instructions simple, it usually nailed it. Occasionally, it took a few tries to get things exactly right—but that’s part of the iterative process.

Whenever I hit a roadblock, the support team on Discord was fantastic. They were quick to respond, helped troubleshoot bugs, and even refunded credits when I ran into issues that weren’t my fault. That kind of responsiveness made a big difference.

One thing to keep in mind: building a fully functional app will likely require purchasing extra credits. This isn’t a downside—just a realistic expectation. In my case, I used around 10 million credits over 8–10 hours of development time. I do wish they had bigger credit packs available instead of having to purchase 5M at a time. It's still much cheaper than hiring a freelancer to do the job.

Overall, Rocket made app development feel accessible and efficient, especially with the strong support behind it.

Dear Rocket.new Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the performance of your platform and the recurring issues I have experienced.

I spent $45 USD just to solve one problem, yet the issue remains unresolved despite my repeated attempts. Specifically, I asked for assistance in integrating my Stripe account for my project Serenity Pulse. I have already submitted my Publishable Key and Secret Key from Stripe to Rocket, but the integration still does not work.

To make matters worse, your app consumed a significant amount of my token credits — approximately 10 million tokens — without delivering a working solution. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of both time and money.

Frankly, the platform consumes far too many tokens for minimal output, and its flexibility and problem-solving capabilities are far below expectations. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided so far.

I expect:

An immediate resolution to my Stripe integration issue.

A full review of my account usage and restoration or refund of the wasted token credits.

Clarification on why the problem keeps recurring and steps your team will take to prevent it.

I hope this matter is addressed promptly. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to discontinue my use of Rocket.new and share my experience with others.

I signed up on free account to test an idea out, it seem to work well on basic functionality and I could see the basic mobile app, as I was staring to some real functionality I ran out of tokens, so decided to sign up a paid subscription and paid for a year up front.

This is when things went downhill, the system adds functionality and breaks previously working parts, then goes into constant loop of fixing errors and adding more errors, I spent hours trying to get it to fix the errors and during that period used up 5m tokens that I had for the monthly allowance.

The product is half baked and in Beta, they have a cheek to ask for paid subscriptions for something that isnt even working properly.

I have reached out to support for a refund but not heard back, will contact credit card company if needed.

A warning do not try your ideas out on the free plan as your idea will be public unless you have a paid subscription.

I would not recommend this other product, just too scammy.
