Stay away from this company! I have had to go through the Financial Ombudsman to get a refund and resolvemy issues. The absolute worst online shopping experience and I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. Basically bought a suit for Prom for my son and their size 16 was very big on him. I immediately emailed the company to let them know I will be returning the suit and immediately placed an order for a smaller size 15. The unsuitable item was collected by Evri the very next morning and the replacement suit in a smaller size arrives a few days later. The fit for the small suit size 15 was perfect and had no issues with it.

A few weeks go by and I get an email from Katie stating they will not be issuing a refund on my return because the suit was worn and stained. They then attached upclose photos of a very worn out jacket area with stains and fabric bubbles that form on fabric from prolonged wear - the item was clearly not what I had sent them as this item looked old, we only tried on the suit and repackaged it and I also took photos of the suit before I sent it back. The absolute cheek of this company! We had a back and forth and long story short they refused to issue a refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and apparently PayPal will not issue a refund unless the retailer sent you the wrong item ie you ordered a green dress and were sent a red dress, nothing else is covered in their seller protection policy. Despite Roco having received my return with proof, PayPal said they could not issue a refund. So they want me to pay for a product that I do not have! I raised a dispute with my bank that gave me charge back refund, however, PayPal has continued to pursue me to pay for my Roco purchase despite me sending my item back to the retailer. I have since filed a dispute and complaint against PayPal and Roco Clothing with the financial Ombudsman because what on earth is this nonsense! Why should I pay for a product that I do not have? There is a reason this retailer does not have the likes of Klarna or Clearpay as a form of payment on their website - as a customer, think about that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY. This has truly been a very stressful experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I do 90% of all my shopping online and I have never encountered anything like this, what a dreadful company and equally as dreadful of a payment partner they have in PayPal.

I was in a rush and left it too late to order my twins prom outfit, I sent a message asking if they could send the suits out asap so they'd arrive in time for their prom. Not only have they arrived in time but they look amazing. A+ for service and the way the clothes look. Again thank you

I had a problem with the delivery company EVRI. As the cloth I ordered was for occasion, we almost run out of time. The customer service Katie has done a brilliant job. She called back the item from Evri and processed everything and received the cloth with in 24 hours which is amazing

Great clothes

Bought 4 pairs of flower girl shoes, Evri lost the parcel and within 1 email Roco sorted a new parcel with next day delivery stress free. Great customer service

I had to return my order as the dresses were too small - read some bad reviews online and had a big panic that I was going to lose my money. As it was, I emailed the help desk and had a response from Katie who was so prompt, reassuring and helpful in her reply. I received my full refund about five days before their advised time limit.
Lovely, honest company and the dresses were beautiful.

I had an issue with my recent order where the suit didn't fit an the shoes was missing. Thankfully, Katie stepped in and handled everything quickly and professionally. She responded to my emails promptly, was understanding of the situation, and processed my refund in no time. Thank you very much!

I ordered a Tux very late for my 12 year old grandsons prom , I was a bit concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time but it arrived within a few days and fitted perfect .I had regular updates and offers of assistance from Katie at Roco Clothing who provided a first class service

Really pleased with the service from Roco clothing and in-particular Katie, she was kind, helpful and responsive with queries.

The prom suit I bought for my son was a little big, but I had no trouble at all sending it back via an 'Evri' collection which was free. The new suit in a smaller size came the very next day after ordering it and fits perfect. My son is so happy with it and looks very smart, (Monaco navy suit) such good quality along with a tie and the shoes (Oxford shoes) from Roco too. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again. Thanks.

Highly recommend, great experience - order came as outlined, I had to make an exchange as I ordered the bigger size for my nephew. Katie who supported from customer services couldn’t have been more helpful, within 24 hours the exchange was processed and on route back to me.

Super company to deal with. We ordered a suit for our son’s prom which was too big, return via Evri seems to have been delayed but after contacting customer service a refund was arranged quickly and efficiently by Katie who was a great help.

Second suit ordered is perfect and great quality. Really pleased we found this website. Would thoroughly recommend. Loads of choice. Quick delivery and great customer service.

I ordered a shirt which was delivered very quickly and was so impressed by the quality - fabric, fit etc.

We ordered a suit for a wedding and when it arrived it was slightly neat on our son. We returned this via evri but after a week or so we hadn’t heard anything from the company. I emailed and received a reply straight away from Charlotte who explained the problems faced with evri at the moment. After another week passed Charlotte offered to refund or exchange this for us due to the wait. The communication and the speed of replies have been second to none I would be more than happy to recommend Roco Clothing and will be using them again in fiture

Ordered two suits for a wedding and was really happy with the price,quality and fit. Had to exchange 1 for a larger size which I guess was my fault. Would of given 5 stars if the exchange/refund was a little faster as it did take a couple of weeks for refund. But I would use again 100% and do recommend!

I would give 100 stars to them. Suit for my 2 year old was so nice such a good material. It fits him perfectly. Laura was very helpful. I really appreciate her help.

Ordered a suit for my son, I made a mistake with delivery address so emailed them after order confirmed & they rectified straight away! Order arrived quickly, was great quality & superb value - sadly too small (again my fault my 12 year old is much taller than average) so I had to return, absolutely no issue with return & refund & great communication throughout! Will 100% use again & have already recommended to friends & family!

Very impressed with how quick the delivery was and the suits come in an individual bag and feel like great quality. Great products for the price and they often have good sales on.

Ordered a dress and shoes from here in June. Shoes fitted perfect however the dress was very small sizing. I sent the dress back recorded delivery with the returns label they gave me and yet to receive the refund. I have tried to contact this company more than once however their email address they state on their website does not work and there is not a contact number. PayPal will now not help as it’s been longer than thirty days despite me trying to get In touch and waiting the allotted amount of time they request for returns as according to their terms for a return on their website. I will not be using this website again due to their poor communication and unable to actually get into contact with someone.

Numerous emails and still no refund! Don't waste your money
