Amazing customer service!
Often online stores don’t value their customers, but this company answers my email query promptly, sent out my order swiftly and issued a refund for the items I decided not to keep due to ordering lots of choices, in a timely manner. Their customer service team were friendly and professional. I would definitely order from this company again - highly recommend!

Amazing quality suits . Ordered some for my two boys ready for a wedding , accidentally ordered the wrong color . Contacted customer services in which they responded incredibly fast and arrange return labels for a quick return/swap . Can’t recommend enough :)

Suits exchanged in a short space of time and shipped out same day after stressing, nothing was an issue for them, suits are lovely quality, I did need to size up due to trousers being a little tight! Ordered Boys 5 Piece Navy Romario - 13-14 Years suit for my son on Monday night and it was delivered by Royal Mail on Thursday. Excellent quality and fantastic price.

Suits have arrived 11 in total. All fit apart from two pairs of trousers (people thinking they are slimmer than they are. Including myself) but OWFC have been amazing about exchanges and have had amazing customer service! Can’t fault them, great quality and great fit at good prices. The website doesn’t show an adult size guide as their adult range is limited. Trousers are measure by waist size only. When asking about the leg length they kindly went and measured the ones I needed and let me know the leg length to ensure I ordered the right size. I did however have a jacket missing but mistakes happened and it was a big order with very different sizes both adults and kids. but they sent out a new one straight away. No fuss, no stress great customer service. Stayed in contact the whole time. The suits look great. Cannot fault this company!

Honestly can not thank this company enough! After being let down for my boys original suit for his prom I ordered from these guys late Monday night and then emailed them Tuesday morning asking a big ask if they could get it to me for Wednesday and with a quick response from them it was shipped that day! Arrived today ( Wednesday ) and iv got to say for the price of the suit I ordered the quality is absolutely fantastic! I will certainly be ordering again when needed! Thank you guys for the absolute top service!

Unfortunately ordered the wrong size for my fiancé for our wedding, but sending it back was very simple, the communication over emails was brilliant and I will now be re-ordering the suit and shoes for our pageboys off the website. Great service

Avoid This Company – Under Investigation & Strike-Off

I ordered a suit that Royal Mail marked as delivered, but it never arrived. The tracking photo showed someone else's location — not my home. Despite this, the company refused to refund or replace it, instead insisting I wait 7 working days for a Royal Mail claim, then up to 30 more days for a resolution.

This is not just poor service — it’s a refusal to meet their legal duty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which says if an item isn't delivered, the seller must refund or replace it.

Even worse, I found out the company, Occasion Wear Limited, is currently under an "active proposal to strike off" by Companies House.
That means the government is in the process of shutting the business down — usually because they’ve failed to meet legal obligations like filing accounts or responding to formal notices. If that goes through, they will no longer exist legally, and any chance of refunds or accountability will be gone.

If you’re thinking of ordering from this company — don’t. There’s a very real chance you’ll pay and receive nothing, then be left chasing your money from a business that may not legally exist in a few weeks.

Really quick delivery. Cant actually believe the qualify of the tuxedo for the price. Really happy with it

I ordered a 5 piece suit for my son's 1st holy communion with occasion wear for kids and the cost was very affordable and the quality of the material was good for kids where we can use for few times whilst they grow out quickly. The 1st time I ordered the size was little small so I requested for a exchange and team was efficient in communicating via email, and received the right product within 2-3working days. I would recommend everyone to shop here for kids.
