I purchased 3 suits from Roco Clothing for my 3 boys. I was extremely disappointed to discover the suits were all creased, again, due to the nature of the packaging, as all 3 suits were densely packed in one small bag. I only purchased as a returning customer, because back in 2017 when I purchased 3 suits for my boys, they said they would look into the way they packaged to avoid the same issue with other customers and also offered £21 to get it steamed. When I got in touch, they requested photos which I provided. Roco Clothing claimed it was ‘part of the design’ and it was suppose to be there ‘intentionally’. When challenged and provided further photos, which clearly showed the creases, they take no responsibility and say they have changed their policy to avoid compensating for the cost of getting it steamed to get it back to its original condition. The onus was on Roco Clothing to ensure I receive my items in its original condition, which they failed to do. The advisor Charlotte is of no help at all, very unprofessional. I would most certainly not be purchasing from Roco Clothing again. Avoid at all cost.

Extremely slow delivery + 2 weeks... They do not offer express shipment . Unreliable !

We took delivery of a suit for our son for a wedding. We thought he’d never wear it being a teenager but he did! We now have both the memories of a great wedding and the photo’s! What’s really great is he stood proud at all the wedding photos and loads of people commented on how smart he looked.

Excellent fast delivery . Parcel arrived at stated time/date.
The quality of the suit is exceptional for the very reasonable price . Will definitely be using again and I highly recommend this company .

I bought my sons suit here for his junior prom. The first one I ordered was too big (my fault, I didn’t follow the size chart) I sent it back and they refunded me within 2 days. Customer service was fantastic! When I ordered second suit it came the next day and was absolutely perfect. The quality is amazing, can not believe the price. Would 100% recommend!!!

Brought a dress for my daughter for my wedding it was absolutely beautiful fantastic quality but having tried it on nearer the wedding the zip broke (these things happen) i brought this last year, to wear this year contacted the customer service explained the issue they were more than happy to help,, they offered a replacement but unfortunately it was out of stock, so they offered to either refund me 25% so I could get the zip fixed or a full refund with a prepaid postage label,, absolutely fantastic service, such a shame the zip broke but as said these things do happen so it’s not there fault how it was dealt with was excellent, I would highly recommend this brand and I will be buying again,, Thankyou for solving my problem

I have purchased 3 times from this website, one dress was perfect, great quality and fit. I also purchased 3 of the ‘jessica’ dress with crystal belt to use as bridesmaids dresses, I have now had them too long to return although tags are still intact, I’ve removed them from the protective covers to steam and there are so many scags, loose hems they look awful. I’m furious that I now have to replace these items. I should have inspected them a lot more closely, I have also purchased a 5 piece suit which again on first inspection seemed great but there was no hole for the button on the trousers to do up so I had to cut one myself and they are now no good after one wear. Such as shame as the clothes are beautiful but poor quality. I have give a 3 star rating as I said one item out of 5 was lovely

After trolling the shops for a suit for prom and being thoroughly disgruntled at the sizes and prices, a friend recommended Roco. Usually I like to see things and have the kids try them on but I was at the end of my tether so I checked the size guide and they seemed to match with what we needed so we ordered a five piece suit, which included Jacket (£40 in the shops alone), trousers, waistcoat, shirt and tie for £59.99. I ordered on a Saturday night, standard delivery. The blurb for delivery said up to 4 working days which should have been Thursday. It was at my door before 10 AM Monday! Apart from the trousers, it fitted perfectly and looked fantastic. When I looked a size 11 had been put in instead of 12. Immediately, I emailed Roco. The next morning they replied asked for the batch number from the suit cover and the next morning the correct size was delivered to my door by Royal Mail.
You usually expect reasonable service but this was actually outstanding. I cannot recommend this company, the quality of the suit we received or their customer service highly enough.

The quality of the clothes is amazing and the styles are unlike those you will find on the high street. The customer service team were great to deal with also.

I am really happy with my son's 5 piece suit. The quality was fantastic and the fit perfectly corresponded with the size guide. Which we sometimes struggle with as he is small for his size. The price was excellent and I would happily recommend. thank you

I had my heart set on an outfit for my son's christening and was just waiting until pay day until I bought it. When I got paid I went to get it and it had sold out in his size. I was so upset and so messaged Roco on facebook. I explained how I had been looking for an outfit for months and how this was the only one that I found that I liked and they did their best to help. Katie, who is a star, managed to track down the outfit in the right size and she has made me extremely happy!

I ordered 4 suits on Tuesday evening, and they arrived on Thursday morning! All credit to the website, the back office staff and the postal service! The suits looked fabulous. Unfortunately they didn’t fit. Not sure if that was my measuring or the size guidance, but some fitted slightly better than others. I would go larger if ordering again, which I have! I have ordered in a larger size the “Boys blue wedding suit – Kingsman”. This was stunning! My boy is brown haired, brown eyed, and it looked (a be it tight) fabulous! I will have to return the 4 suits and not sure of the cost yet, but, for the price of the suit, I am happy to pay. I cannot rate highly enough the service and product of my experience!

2nd time in ordering a suit for my son. Not been dissapointed. Excellent quality, great price and very quick delivery. This purchase slightly small but sent back and replacement send with no issues. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

E-commerce sites often struggle to provide good service to customers especially when operating internationally.

This however, has not been the case with Roco Clothing. Where others failed, they have excelled.

Their website is user friendly and easy to navigate but where they really shine is in the customer service department. My interaction with them has been by far one of the best customer experiences i have received to date. When I encountered an issue regarding my order, a very friendly consultant was ready to assist. Although this communication had taken place via email the consultant was easy to get a hold of, they provided speedy responses to all my emails and had done so in a friendly and professional manner. They kept me up to date with the details of my order and as a customer this was highly appreciated. Their refund policy though is what i was most impressed with, as this is usually a nightmare of a process. They dealt with the issue very professionally and processed my refund within a respectable time period.

I have received an overall outstanding customer service experience and applaud them for that. I would recommend that anyone looking for formal wear to consider Roco Clothing because aside from the amazing service they have stunning fashionable clothing to keep you looking fresh and classy. I'm sure they have something for everyone and I advise you to give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

I bought a suit for my son and it only took 12 days to reach my country (Greece) even though I paid no extra money for shipping!! I was constantly informed where the parcel was through the tracking number and only when the parcel entered my country I lost contact..but when I called the company they found where the parcel was and were so polite and willing to help me. When I received the suit I was more than happy to see that it was more than I expected. Beautiful very good quality and exactly on my son's size. Thank you so much for everything!!
