Ich war sehr enttäuscht über die fehlende Einweisung über eine ausführliche Anleitung. Dieses wurde auch in einem Produkttest angesprochen. Die Nutzung des gesamten Paketes, dass ich bestellt habe ist für mich nicht möglich, weil mir eine Anleitung fehlt. Weder ich noch mein Mann können uns die Verwendung einzelner Teile erklären. Da ich für dieses Zusatzequipment auch mehr bezahlt habe, bin ich enttäuscht diese nicht nutzen zu können. Ich wäre dankbar hierzu weitere Unterstützung zu erhalten.

We’ll Rok Coffee, Unfortunately I am here to write disappointed review.
Ive had my press /rok since 2014 its a super machine , I have had one replacement fit from the cylinder and 0-ring some years ago , this was great.

BUT this time when I went order a new o ring I saw. That an upgrade was available , so I watched a few videos and went for the upgrade instead of only buying a new o- ring.

To cut a long story short it builds up no pressure at all.

Less than my 3 year old last up grade that had a broken 0-ring

Perhaps I have installed it incorrectly but this is unlikely as I am a pretty careful person.

So what to do? Normally I would try make telephone contact with someone. But as this review request came before the coffee upgrade I though I would just sit down and use it.

So ROK please help me turn this frown upside down and make the one star 5

By advising me on how to get a my coffee machine update to work

Excellent service. Great design, especially the ability to upgrade an older model using the conversion kit and to the ability to refresh parts that wear over time. It is used several times daily.

Got the upgrade kit, and fit it on pretty easily. Seems easier to pull a shot now, and enjoying it so far. Thanks!

My order was warranty related. Everything worked out as promised regarding the ten year warranty, and I got a new part for free so that I was able to replace the broken part on my ROK Espresso Maker.

ROK provided exactly what I hoped for in a very timely manner. ordering from the U.S. I wasn’t expecting the quick and unbelievably reasonably priced shipping. Wow!

Better yet, my old Rok is now like brand new and pulls the best espresso shots ever! Thank you!

Bought both the grinder (first, because that made the biggest difference), a month later the espresso machine (who was I kidding).

Absolutely enjoy the fully manual process, both grinding the beans and making the espresso. I have three espressos a day, the coffee itself delicious, the process involved, mindful, and a lovely time for myself.

Could have been a bit more feedback, but questions were answered quickly, and the product arrived in good time.

ROK Rocks. They have all replacements i Need and every Time they send one, IT IS improved in some way.

Great product and delivery. The higher pressure basket and widget really makes this a £1000 machine beater for £10. Highly recommended.

I read a lot about the rok before buying one and I had obviously high expectations. The machine is really well built and solid. At first it took me some time to understand how to get the best coffee and when I made it, it really felt good. The coffee I get out of it, at home, it’s just the best I can get in the city. It’s just better that in a bar. I can recommend it to anybody who wants to drink a great coffee at home. The other good thing is that it’s quick as well, I make myself a coffee everyday at 6:30 am before going to work. I lose approximately 5 minutes but my day is just better.

The shipment was in time, but the package was slightly damaged. I'm not a packaging expert, but the conversion kit placed in a paper tube with size of an orange, should not be packed in an envelope due to the different shapes of the product and the packaging.It did not have any effect to the ordered item, however the consumer feeling was not perfect.

Great grinder with some improvement needed. The actually grinding feels really good especially coming from a handheld grinder that was hard to use when the weather is dry. ROK grinder is much easier to use. Seems to build up static which can be solved by following some guides to add a couple of drops of water into the container of coffee beans before grinding. I wish the plastic base felt as firm as the rest of the grinder. I feel like that will be the first part to break. The feet don't really stick to the counter so the grinder wants to slide sometimes. Parts of coffee beans tend to shoot out from time to time while grinding. Maybe some kind of cover that could be placed over would help.

Perhaps the best holiday gift I’ve ever purchased. We use this magical and convenient little apparatus every single day. Now we make espresso better than anything we can buy! We bring this thing everywhere we go, because we can’t survive a day without it. The ritual of making the espresso is part of the fun, and the final product is mindblowingly good.
