A fault on my Father's garage door that had been fitted by another supplier was fixed promptly by RGS who made contact with the manufacturer and solved the problem within 24 hours fitting a new part at a reasonable price.

What can I say? Really great experience from beginning to end. Great communications - explained every step of the process patiently and politely. Great value, great product and cleaned up after themselves. I can think of nothing to fault. Thank you - if only I needed another garage door! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Speedy and efficient service.
Darren was very helpful and answered all the queries. He took time to explain the qualities of the materials and threi respective sizes. The doors were fitted quickly and the turnaround between ordering and fitting was quick.
After sales service is excellent. There was a small problem and he responded quickly to the concern and checked the system.

Derren, was brilliant from first call. Called saturday evening as was urgent to get garage fixed. Even though he wasnt well and i called last minute, he went above and beyond and turned up sunday morning. Although the door was broken and needed new parts. He managed to secure it until parts arrived. Helped with ordering the needed parts and came back as soon as they arrived to fix the garage door which is now operating perfectly. His very knowledgable about his profession, and a friendly chap. Punctual and most importantly very resonabally priced. Very Happy with the service and will use him again in future & reccomend him to anyone else. Cant fault the guy 5* for me.

Derren came to assess what we needed and we placed our order. It was installed a few weeks later and we are delighted with our new garage door.
Our door came with 2 remote controls so one each for myself and my husband.
