Just completed the fourth installation at our home and I have nothing but complete praise for this company. Everything went according to plan and dealing with David has been a pleasure. The results are very pleasing to the eye and provide us with a heightened sense of security in what has become unfortunately an area with frequent burglaries. Their pricing is very competitive and I recommend them without any caveats!

Delighted with these sleek shutters fitted above my bedroom windows. Looking forward to using them in the summer to keep out the heat.

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. Great communication with David throughout, great quality product and the installation was first class. We had a number of shutters installed. David and Jason cracked on with it, then tested and cleaned up after each one. There was an issue with getting the remote set up for the bay window but David patiently persevered until it was sorted.
We cannot recommend these guys enough, especially David. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant and perfect service. I don't think one can find a more honest, trustworthy and hardworking tradesperson than David.
After terrible experiences and being ripped off by local shutter companies several times I took a chance and called David for assistance.
He travelled halfway across London and gave me his honest opinion without trying to exploit the situation to make a quick buck. Carried out temporary repairs as a stopgap solution to keep my property safe.
When parts arrived for a permanent solution he promptly attended and remedied the issue.
While this review is long overdue keeping in mind he carried out repairs in Dec24/Jan25 the shutter has stood the test of time and given me no problems at all.
Would blindly recommend Domestic Roller Systems and David for any issues you may have.

Great product so much better than I expected at a very competitive price , simple to fit (the electric roller door) will use again, from order to delivery was approx 4 weeks , good communications re progress during manufacture very happy with my experience would recommend.

David did a fantastic job in my 2 bed flat for a cupboard space situated in the corridor. The shutter looks professional and makes alot of difference as I have somewhere safe to place my electronics and my young children cannot access the space anymore. Job well done.

I looked online for a UK supplier of aluminium shutters and eventually found 2. After initial enquiries I selected Domestic Roller Shutters based on responsiveness and price. I took my time ordering, doing a trial shutter first before ordering a further 4. Throughout the entire experience I can honestly say that the service I received from Dave was excellent. From keeping me up to date with the order to installation queries and a final post installation check up that all was good with the product. Also the price was among the lowest I found.
