I ordered 6 pairs of pants from them on Feb. 11th then heard nothing. When it had been over 2 weeks I reached out asking when I would receive them. They then informed me that every single item I ordered was out of stock. There was no indication of this when I placed my order and they had no intention of notifying me about the delay. The items finally shipped Mar. 20th. Some of them are good quality but others were disappointing, seeming like Shein quality, yet every pair was $55 or $59. They claim sustainability as their reason for taking so long to ship yet all the products are coming from factories in China. I reached out again to return one pair and they informed me that I have to pay the shipping cost in order to get a refund. I’ve never had a company make the customer pay for a return so I was unpleasantly surprised.
I think you’d be better off just buying from Shein.

I’ve ordered from this brand two or three times now. Sometimes the shipping is surprisingly fast, other times I’ve had to wait quite a while because certain items were out of stock.

The quality isn’t like Shein-level fast fashion. The fabric and finishing feel noticeably better, with more attention to details. That said, longer waiting times do affect the overall experience.

Still, the prices are reasonable, and the hang tags are really cute — that part genuinely made me smile. Not expensive, but it delivers a lot of emotional value.

This business purports to be US based and provides details that imply items are shipping from their business there. Two weeks after ordering when their shipping to Canada shows items will be here in 7-10days and were showing as shipped on the order -they have provided me with a shipping number from China for two out of the three items purchased. I would not recommend purchasing.
Edited to add two of the three items arrived and they don’t look like the items purchased. Still don’t recommend.

I did receive my item, but, the entire site is almost definitely dropshipped garbage. The item I did get was incredibly low quality and not at all worth what I paid for it. At least on shien it'd only be £5 rather than £45. Would not recommend - if you're spending this much, go somewhere reputable.
