I’m very disappointed with this experience. My order was placed over two months ago and was never shipped due to items being out of stock.

I have followed up several times, including messages sent more than six weeks ago, and I am now receiving no response at all.

It is especially unacceptable that my refund requests are also being ignored. This situation cannot continue.

This is a fraudulent company that sells high quality fakes. I had to raise a dispute with Amex who covered the cost. Rollersons been emailed me and asked for me to return the goods for a full refund . I sent the item back and they never did! Scam company who try to block these types of reviews. Be warned

So simple and easy to use,with great customer service

A few months ago I bought a Dior Oblique Towelling Hoodie from Rollersons thinking "this is too good to be true" at £700, I received it and it looked good but I never wore it, just put it in my closet as I was travelling. Fast forward to the end of January when I got back to London and I had bought another Dior Oblique Towelling Hoodie and two towel T shirts only this time directly from Dior.

The difference between the Dior Oblique Towelling hoodie and the Rollersons replica were obvious so I reached out to Rollersons via email and they refused to acknowledge they sold me a fake and gave me their generic "All of our products are authentic and sourced through verified suppliers" bs and requested an authentication certificate to prove it wasn't authentic, the audacity. They should be providing such certificates to their customers, not the other way around. I paid 30 USD for authentication just to shut em up. The certificate obviously showed the hoodie was a counterfeit. I sent Rollersons the certificate and they then asked me to send back the hoodie for a full refund. It took several weeks and emails/ignored call to finally get a refund.

Rollersons is a very dishonest business. They sell counterfeit goods at high street prices claiming the items are authentic without providing any certifications, when they know the items from their suppliers are fake.

They have flagged this review as harmful and request it to be taken down. What a scam.

I placed my order with Rollersons on the 20th of January, today is the 10th of February and I still have not received my order and the parcel trucking number is also unknown. Rollersons do not reply on my questions and cannot advise the trucking number and I guess the parcel is missed.
Never faced so pure service so far.

Amazing customer service, ordered a CD Icon t shirt and realised I’d ordered the wrong colour once it was delivered, got in contact with Rollersons and had it exchanged for the one I’d originally meant to order. Great communication, would never shop anywhere else now and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Disappointed

I had won a pair of Givenchy shorts on Instagram. They come within 2 days, the service has been phenomenal since my last order they are friendly and professional. I have now gave them some items to try sourcing for me. Highly recommended
