Perfect customer service and Authentic!
I accidentally purchased a gift that my husband already owned and by the time I surprised him it was well past my exchange date. Rollers on were so understanding and accommodating and still allowed me to swap the item for a different colour way. They’re so professional and I will definitely be shopping here again! I was a little skeptical at first however everything ran so smoothly and I’m glad to be a customer!!

We authenticate all of our items once we receive them from our suppliers. When we checked this t shirt there were no issues, however when you received the t shirt the tag seemed to have been missing a diagonal cut.
We explained this must’ve happened in our warehouses between receiving the item and dispatching it. The colleague who sent it should have double checked so we apologise for the poor service.
You also stated ‘our items aren’t authentic because the mailing bag had hand writing on.’
We explained that we are a small business and therefore we personally address and dispatch the orders but this wasn’t enough for you.
We apologised for the service you received and covered your return postage as a gesture of good will.
To say the item was unauthentic because it had damage is unfair as it was physical damage.
