Professional team, allowed us to design basically whatever we wanted. Family firm and everything completed first time without any problems. Our builders are now using them on future projects as they were impressed by the work.

Having recently moved in to a new home , I wanted to change the patio doors .

Having being recommend by a friend to get a quote from Rom Valley glass I was so pleased I did . I was invited to their very impressive showroom in Shenfield Essex to discuss and view all my options . Everything was explained so well which gave me a better understanding of what would suit my 1930’s Mock Tudor property in Upminster. I dealt with Jack and he was very helpful and professional as were the office girls Lucy and Sophie. The installation took 3 days and Steve was very efficient and has done a lovely job going over and above to give a lovely finish . I don’t have any decorating to touch up and you’d never have know internally I’d had my windows out. 5* service well deserved.

Our son had previously used them so we knew their quality & install was excellent through from James to Rich the surveyor to Colin & Ben that did a wonderful job on the install under challenging conditions in the scorching July heat. I'd have no hestitation recommending them highly.

After looking at many window companies we finally chose Rom Valley and we are so pleased we did. Love our new windows,porch and garage door a major transformation on our home. Jack from Rom Valley helped us with replacing our windows with Residence 7 and aluminium. Jack is a gentlemen with great design ideas , patience and courtesy. The products are quality and the fitters Harry and Scott are excellent with an eye for detail and precision. They were polite and pleasant to have around the house whilst I was working from home also punctual, fast, and tidy. Sophie in the office is always available to speak with she maintained good communication throughout and was always helpful.We have already reused Rom Valley for another property. We would definitely recommend Rom Valley nothing is too much trouble and the after fit service has also been impeccable.

Over the moon with our bifold doors. We have recently had our kitchen renovated and they add the perfect touch. Customer service was great throughout. The ONLY reason i am giving 4 instead of 5 starts is that the people who installed the doors didn't wipe the doors one bit after. all 5 panels were covered in dirt and finger prints. After spending a substantial amount of money, it would be nice for the installers to give the doors a little wipe down. Other than that, everything was perfect and they look great. I would highly recommend this company to others!
