Great experience with Rom Valley Windows. Jack was really helpful with the whole process and kept us updated with delivery timescales as we had a small delay. The aluminium windows we ordered are fantastic and were fitted very quickly and professionally. 100% recommend.

Rom Valley have carried out quite a few window repairs and new window fittings in our house and more recently for our summerhouse. They have always been very professional, tidy and honest.

I had used Rom Valley Glass for my bifold doors and windows and due to their service being exemplary I also purchased a front door through them. The service provided by Jack and the team is nothing short of fantastic, keeping me in the picture in terms of delivery dates and the process of installation. I have and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone yet again.

I had a fairly big project, all new aluminium windows, a tricky gable window, and 20mm framed sliding doors spanning 7 metres.
I was after a good quality product and a good price.
I had been to many places, rediculous quotes and not very good set ups.
Its such an important decision and a big part of the build, I was anxious i had to get it right. I was referred to Rom Valley by 2 separate friends both who had similar projects to myself (a good start) I had to check them out so i drove down to Rom valley in Brentwood, I was greeted warmly by Jack and the showroom was well displayed and immaculate he explained to me about their set up, he specialises in the frames and his dad (next door) does the glass. Which helps the process run smoother if there would be any hiccups could be sorted quickly, so the perfect set up.
We ran though the options and he went into detail answering my questions thoroughly. I left there feeling I was in the right place, and a few days later i was happier as the price was the most competitive id had also.
I had a 6 week wait due to the product and even during that time Jack was always at the end of the phone and replied to messages or queries I had before the arrival. 6 weeks later as stated they arrived with his team of installers and they did a fabulous job. I am a picky customer for sure but I couldnt fault the level of service from Jack and his team, you can see he wanted to do a good job. During the fit Jack was giving me constant updates, or how I would like things done. And the product exceeded my expectation. I look forward to using Rom Valley in the future, you are in good hands.

A super efficient service -Jack and Richard who surveyed and measured. Harry & Scott arrived on the day and within 45 mins, 3 windows has been removed. They were very polite and professional throughout the day and were extremely clean and tidy - absolutely recommend 😊

I've recently used Rom Valley for our windows at the front and back of our house. Although we had a few problems along the way, Sophie was always there to help and they were dealt with quickly. We're happy with the finished product. Everyone at Rom Valley are friendly and approachable. The showroom is outstanding and the way it is set out made it easier to choose our windows.
I would definitely recommend using this company.

Super helpful team & lovely windows! Sophie in particular was great in providing updates & walking me through the options remotely.

To start with, we chose their doors because they looked amazing and would give our existing outbuilding the external impact it needed.

And then when the fitter came to install them, wow! He worked meticulously to carefully remove the original sad-looking doors we had, correcting and levelling the original installation space and putting our new ones in, all to a high level finish.

Everything capped and sealed as if it was part of the original design of the building.

Every aspect taken care of and not a trace they had been here after. I would definitely use them for our next installations!
