My friend I purchased the order for LOVED it! Only thing happened is a piece broke off when taking it out the packaging! Other than that it is great! I use to own a white one when the first cane out! Should have never got rid of it because of years of usage! It still worked! I am just waiting on the replacement part to come in the mail.

My order arrived very quickly worried as it was coming all the way to canada. Iam so very pleased it arrived very quickly. Thank you so very very much.

I love using my rotisserie. The compact size makes is easy to store away.

This is the second Ronco dehydrator I've purchased, first from Amazon.com. The one from Amazon had a shattering crack in the bottom tray. when I got this one, I looked it over and put it in the dishwasher. setting on air dry, no heat.
when I took it out of the dishwasher, I noticed that the next to bottom tray was dripping water. checkedand a crack in the plastic was the problem.
I will have to use t because I threw away the box but I'm not satisfied with the quality of the product. The veg chopper came with a bunch of parts and no instruction manual!!!!
Am I surprised? no . I bought a knife set from Ronco and they were garbage. never held an edge and finally, I threw the set out when they started to have rust spots on the blade.
That is my last Ronco purchase. I remember that in the 60's my Father bought a serrated knife set.from Ronco, the same problem. rusted and would not hold an edge. so nothing has changed... junk

i received my multiple orders in a reasonable AMOUNT OF TIME, BUT ON MY FOOD DEHYDRATOR after using it 3 times, 4 of the 5 trays cracked and 2 of them broke in half completely, so even f it did cost only 40 dollars, not acceptable

purchased two of the same item - only received one - contacted customer support - had to fill out an affidavit theat I didn't receive the product, haven't heard from them since.

Previous purchases in the past and I've never had any reservations about buying anything from these guys!

We tecently purchased Ronco 5500 Rotisserie online. Purchase and checkout went easily and product arrived within few days. This is 3rd rotisserie we have purchased, but this was more expensive model, and we are not as happy with quality as we were when purchased first one over 12 years ago. Inner trays appear much lighter and cheaper. Door, although it does have a new rubberized safety latch to secure door, the door does not slide in and out of base as smoothly as other models. We do, however, like this slimmer model for storage purposes. Cooking times seem to be longer, but this will be figured out as we use it, so that we can, in fact, " set it and forget it." We do still enjoy how well it does cook and pretty effortlessly!

I Love my new Showtime 4000 rotisserie oven! I would highly recommend this product. I did have a problem after it's first use, the nonstick coating started coming off the drip pan. I called customer service and they immediately sent out a new one.

I've recently had to purchase a new Rottisserie, as the one I've had for over 15 years had it's door broken :(
This machine is so nice and easy to use! Cleans up in a snap, and is the first thing I buy for a wedding present! It makes the worst cook, an immediate favorite chef!
It really USA "just set it, and forget it" machine.
And, for those who LOVE crispy skin on their poultry, THIS MACHINE IS A MUST HAVE!!!
I live in a family that fights over the skin, and having yummy skin ALL THE WAY AROUND, has made for less fighting at carving time...ROFL
Buy it. You won't be disappointed, ever!

we love our grill it is the best thing we could have ever bought. it save my wife lots of time trying to bake in the oven, now all she has to do is set the timer and go about her normal day

Placed an order for 3 items. Because of a "technical error" at Ronco, my order was cancelled. Not sure I will bother to try again.
