well , first I did order the newest machine when it was at the lowest 129$ us, and had a 20% off also, since for me I have to deal with the exchange rate for Canadian money. soon after the purchase (when the deal was finish) I was contacted by ronco saying that the payment was not accepted and I should reorder and that they gave me a 20% on a full price item..., well and the end I did not buy any item and still they sending me this review...go figure...with the exchange rate and the transport( 45$ US ) it was a gig difference from going from 230.32 In Canadian Money to 310.38$ Can money...see why I did not get it now...

This worked as advertised. I do have to cook longer in my microwave. Arrived very fast. Excellent way to make healthy snacks.

Ordering this product on-line was quite simple, and the Company kept us informed of when the box was sent out, then later, when it would likely be delivered. It was received, and it took quite some time to unpack the equipment due to the very secure packaging. The Company's pricing is much better than major "discounters", or "big box stores", and we would have no hesitation in dealing with Ronco again, if the occasion arises.

I have ordered from Ronco several times and have never had a problem. Item ordered this last time arrived on time and the product received was as expected.

Made an online purchase on the Ronco.com website. The confirmation/shipping notification e-mail noted that 0 (zero) packages had shipped and gave me a tracking number that, of course, didn't work.

Have attempted to contact ronco.com via e-mail with not success.

I will be contacting my Credit card company shortly to have the purchase charge reversed and a Fraud claim leveled against the website.

Great help in the kitchen. Saves me a lot of time chopping vegatables. Love it.

The Best, easiest, rotisserie out there!!! I have had the same one for over 20 yrs. & it works the same as it did brand new!! I just brought one for my daughter. We won't use anything else!! Thanks Mr.popell for the genius idea😃

Kabobs Model 3000

Two of the Kabobs were too long for my showtime 3000. Poor quality control.

I bought a rib basket over a month ago and never received it!! No shipment information. Nothing. What a waste!!! Never again will I order anything from ronco again. I will find what I need elsewhere.

This is my favorite RONCO knife. I use it for almost everything. I ordered the new one to use at church. Most church kitchens have donated utensils and the knives are usually old and dull.

Bought as a gift ... she will be opening on Mother's Day .... We have the smaller version in White .... had it for at least 15 years .... cooked alot of chickens .... Great Machine!!!! Great Product :) ... Really hoping the larger version works for my daughter and family as well! :)
