Where do i start. Walid was quick to respond to my inquiry and came up with recommendations from literally the next email. His communication was on point. Be that be b4 or after or during the stay. He was always on call, available if u had any questions.

He had it all covered. From the the pick ups, the drop off, the excursions, the hotels', the food. EVERYTHING. He's a gem of a person, who really genuinely wants to look out for you and plan the best possible trip in ur budget.

4 days in Turkey/ 4 days in the Maldives.

He ensured that we were taken care off from the moment we told him that we intended to go on an 8 day trip to the Maldives. We can't express just how wonderful coordinating with Rooh Travel was. We've been raving to our friends, family, and just about anyone who will listen since we returned. Walid and his team organized a seamless trip to the Maldives that was like a dream from start to finish. Amazing experience. Went on our honeymoon to Thailand - Phuket. Walid was nothing but helpful and patient. He recommended us many food places to eat at and the recommendations were great. He’s always there if there are any problems and I couldn’t fault it at all. Amazing company and would love to book again through ROOH.

Me and my wife went to Bali and with the help of Walid we had the best experience! With the best hotel and so many excursions to choose from, it really made our holiday one to remember.
We stayed in Seminyak where we were spoilt for choice, with amazing restaurants and cafes. We also had a couple of trips to Ubud, where we really learnt about the culture of Bali, with the amazing excursions we chose to do.
We would definitely recommend Bali to anyone wanting more than your average holiday and wanting to see an amazing part of the world!

Me and my wife were just so overwhelmed with planning a honeymoon to the Maldives and decided for whatever reason that we were going to go with Rooh Travel to organize our trip. We had no previous knowledge of Walid and the company but we can both say it was one of the best decision we made. Everything was seemless and effortless and it felt like we were on auto pilot. From the moment we landed. To have people receive of us right away upon arrival and escort us to where we needed to go and be. And the way everything was organized and made so that me and my wife didn't really need to don anything, everything was taken care. It was an amazing trip on an amazing island and i can definitely say the trip would not have went over as smooth if it wasn't for Walid and Rooh travels involvement.

We used Rooh Travel to book our honeymoon in the Maldives and had the most amazing, hassle-free experience. Once arriving in the Maldives, his representative greeted us at the airport and we got a speedboat transfer to the resort island and was there on the journey home also.

Choosing Rooh to facilitate and organise my Honeymoon turned out very well. I had my reservations because I've never booked a holiday through a travel agent before nor have I had a holiday with significant budget. But Alhamdulilah it all went smoothly. Meeru Island exceeded all my expectations, from the breath-taking scenery which I never got bored off, to the way the Island was run and how we were looked after. The room was amazing and the food was spectacular. I could not think of anything that would have made my experience any better.

Walid organised everything after a brief call to discuss what my ideal Honeymoon would be. He provided me with options tailored to my wishes while also staying within my budget. The whole experience was smooth and I would highly recommend using Rooh Travel.

I tried organising the honeymoon myself alongside planning the wedding which turned out to be very very difficult. So I went in search for a travel agency which would be able to organise it all for me and Alhamdullilah I came across Rooh Travel. We booked a holiday through Waleed at Rooh Travels. Everything was spectacular. Waleed made the booking process so easy and made sure that we received the best deal and outstanding quality. I would most definitely recommend Rooh Travels for your future holidays.

When we started thinking about our honeymoon, we knew we needed two things. An agency that
1) would take care of the planning so we didn't have to worry about the details and having added stress ahead of our wedding

2) was sensitive to our culture and religion. Many of the options we had found over emphasized alcohol or experiences that were not in line with our Muslim values.

We were really happy when we stumbled upon Rooh. From the beginning they met those two conditions for us. We had an incredibly positive experience.

Walid was always ready to help. His communication was quick and on point through out the planning and throughout the trip itself. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. He also went above and beyond with securing us experiences, special honeymoon dinners, and late check outs.

Firstly we thank God for such an amazing honeymoon! By testifying to each other at the end of our honeymoon, me and my wife 100% had the best holiday of our lives thanks to Rooh travel! We literally got our money’s worth and not a single penny went to waste. I mean, where do I start, the food service was absolutely outstanding, best buffet we have had in our life! The villa we stayed in was amazingly comfortable! The scenery was mind blowing, activities were available to keep us entertained but most importantly we just wanted some quality time with each other in a dreamy paradise island and that’s literally what we got! I do not regret going Maldives and must admit it was one of the best and most memorable experiences of our lives! Walid has been extremely helpful and at hand with any questions or queries we had, from tailoring a package for us based on our needs to catering halal food at the plane to even checking up on us when he really didn’t have to, his help and guidance was exceptional, this journey wouldn’t have been perfect without his support! I would definitely recommend Rooh travel to friends and family and for sure will be in contact with Walid and Rooh travel for future travels with my wife!

Walid was an absolute pleasure to work with in setting up a wonderful honeymoon trip to the Maldives! Smooth trip and was everything we were looking for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Reasons to choose Rooh based off contacting two different travel agents:
1. Biggest reason for me: Walid took the time to talk on the phone and tease out exactly what you
are looking for. He was very patient and came up with multiple itineraries as my idea of what the
trip should look like evolved.
2. Walid provided an aesthetic/personalized PDF with breakdown/pictures. Other agency provided bullet point deals with resort names that did not even fit the budget requested. Walid will not try and push your budget but will show you what you can expect for the budget provided. He never once pushed me to take a deal vs the other agency always tried to push for a decision.
3. Communication - Walid was always quick to respond to inquiries/concerns. He was very polite/patient with all the questions (so many questions!)
4. Insight - Walid welcomed me to find deals better than he was providing and would provide insight you won't find online when looking into resorts yourself (e.g. small airport near resort island and you will see/hear airplanes during the stay.)
5. Muslim travelers - Walid was able to specify which resorts would have more privacy, where/if there was a masjid, in/outs of things to look out for.
6. Walid has personally been to some of the resorts and can speak from his own experiences. This seems to be a theme for a lot of the destinations that Rooh works with.
7. Follow-up: Walid followed up prior to the trip, upon landing and after to make sure everything went smoothly.

We would like to thank Walid for allowing our trip to the Maldives to be a splendid one. He was helpful and accommodating from the beginning. The journey was smooth and a well deserved rest! Well recommended!

It was a smooth sailing journey and the accommodation was superb! We would like to show our gratitude to Mr Walid for taking his time to arrange the villa and transportation for us from Male to the resort itself. The food was great and also the activities we did was breathtaking. For example, jetski, fun tube, snorkeling, parasailing and more!

Walid at Rooh travel provided an exemplary service, right from booking to delivery at the resort. His suggestions were perfect, and pick up at the airport was faultless. Highly recommended for a personalised service.

This review could easily turn into a long essay, with everything that we have to say about Rooh Travel! After doing our own initial research, we realised that booking with a travel agency would be the best option. We spoke to a couple of other travel agencies and found them to either be too pushy for us to book or not very enthusiastic. We were recommended Rooh Travel by family, who although they liked what there was to offer, were apprehensive about booking with a ’smaller’ company. Let me tell you, making the decision to go with Rooh Travel was the best thing we did, so much so that before we even returned to the UK, we had already discussed booking again with them in the future!

From the moment we contacted Rooh Travel all the way up to the end of our trip, we found Walid to be extremely helpful, quick with his responses, honest and informative. After talking through our expectations from the holiday, we were provided with a personalised document which detailed the different resort options as well as the proposed flights. In addition to this, Walid was also happy to answer all the questions that I had, especially those that concerned travelling with our 1-year-old daughter.

Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled last minute and had to be rescheduled to the following day. We contacted Walid and he made sure to inform the appropriate people to rearrange our sea plane transfer as well as updating the hotel. Furthermore, upon arrival at our resort, we were given the wrong room and although the problem was quickly rectified, Walid made sure to check in and make sure everything was okay. Not only this, but our time at Male airport was made even smoother with the help of Hummingbird Travel.

If it wasn’t for the flight cancellation and the problems we encountered with the airline, it would have been the least stressful holiday we have ever planned! Oh and with the best prices too!
