Manal parle très bien français, elle est à l'écoute , très competente, m'a guidé de façon efficace et très gentiment. Je n'avais pas le sentiment de la déranger et qu'elle était impatiente d'en finir. Si je ne l'avais pas eu comme aide je pense que j'aurais abandonné. En cas de besoin je souhaiterais avoir affaire à Manal.

Is very helpful with kind understanding and assistance given when I had tenant issues. They extand my premium account for some extra days which I'm very grateful. My reason is tenant not willing to give full deposit when they secure the room ,later make excuses to lower the amount that was agreed. At the same time if they happen to take the room, they will break the house rules which was agreed. More over I lost one month rental n replacement cost. Thanks much.
