I ordered many days in advance for a delivery of roses to my wife’s room in the hospital after she delivered our new daughter. The roses never came. I called them the following day and was told I can have roses delivered on a later date but we were leaving the hospital the following day. It was the first and last time I will ever purchase roses from them.

Could not talk to a human at the rose forever company, just received an email back in which they blamed the delivery company. Terrible customer service. Flowers were never received and no refund was given.

My experience has been terrible. I never received my order, and had to call the delivery company myself only to find out my order was never delivered because it was damaged at the warehouse. I sent these details to your company, requesting a refund but still have not received a refund.

I loved my candle vase look
I loved my candle vase look. First, it took way too long for my delivery to be received and the price is way too high for my budget. The vase is gorgeous and after the candle is gone, you can reuse the vase. As far as the smell, it was not a very strong scent, so I wouldnt re-purchase for the above reasons, although the burn time is great and
it last a long time. The looks of the candle vase is great. This is my honest opinion.

My Go To and have never been disappointed
I have bought every style from a single, round box, heart box, square box in a variety of colors. I am very pleased with the way they lasted with no maintenance. The quality are second to none I have bought at least once a year for the past five years.
Once my flowers arrived damaged and they replaced them without hesitation.
