Really disappointed in Rotary!

My wife gave me a watch 11 years ago, had worked fine since. Recently the numerals have fallen from the face of the watch.

I reached out to their service centre and they said they don’t have parts to do the repair. Had a few back and forths with them clarifying that I simply need the existing parts reattached.

They refused and just said but a new one, despite the sentimental value.

Poor customer service.

I have tried to request a return twice and I still have had no response. There is no customer service telephone number to ring. Not really how I expect a trusted company to treat its customers

Easy to order and swift delivery

Yeah, I’m happy with my purchase. I had A little issue with the watch which I had to do an email and I had a lovely response telling me what I needed to do and of course it was my fault. There’s nothing wrong with the watch and I’m very happy.

Very quick with delivery and great watches

I am sure I ordered a watch for myself but a man’s watch arrived - obviously I could have made the mistake but there is no way of checking on the order. I looked on the company website and it says you need to email to see if you can return it within 30 days I have done so and but not received a reply. I telephoned and after waiting I was cut off twice I then Chose a different option from the menu And spoke to a lady who said I could try a different email for the company, I have done Only to have it returned saying it is undeliverable!

Rotary watches are reliable and fabulous looking. I have 2 watches and this one was bought for my sister and she absolutely loves it.

The customer service team were wonderful. I needed to order extra links for my watch, and they were so helpful and efficient - from my first email to the links arriving through my door took a week - 5 working days total!

Courier company (DPD) kept hold of the parcel for 4 days before delivering. They then just dumped the box in next doors garden (while I was in!) and faked my signature confirming the delivery.
Watch delivered with minimal packaging so box was damaged, no instructions or links to instructions of any kind.
No paperwork with delivery either - no delivery note, receipt, invoice, or comp slip.
Watch is fine, service not so much.

Rotary watch servicing and cost. I posted an issue with Rotary. Following contact with the servicing team the problem was resolved and they have been polite, courteous and helpful. I was unaware that the £25 servicing cost was a one-off introduction and all following would be £133.50 as I wasn't told this when I purchased the watch. Anyway, I will be happy to get me watch back.

Rotary provided a good service when I ordered my watch, packed and sent out in good time. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery notice but this was quickly sorted out by Claire in customer support, which is excellent service

I’ve had rotary watches for decades…automatic, manual and battery…I’ve also owned prestige brands Rolex and Tag Heuer.
Obviously the prestige watches win out over their cheaper rivals..but nothing more than Kudos.
Rotary watches keep perfect time, are reliable and long lasting and servicing/ repair/ parts are a fraction of the aforementioned.
I like the understated- ness of rotary Avenger watches.
If they keep good time they must be good

I loved the watch. I found it a bit smaller but I am used to wearing 40 mm watches. If you can include the pin to adjust the month using the push dial that would be great. Last thing, a bit of clear instruction on how to set day and date would make it easier, was a bit of a struggle not gona lie. All in all great time piece to add to your dress watch collection :)
