Tried calling them when i had a burst water pipr on a sunday night and all answerphone messages said call back on monday. not 24 hour service
had to call out an emergency plumber not worth 1p

I am sorry to hear that this has happened. When raising a claim on your ROW Home Emergency, you must contact the underwriters of your policy ARC LIM emergency which is a 24-hour emergency line.
It does read in the terms and conditions that if you need to raise a claim you would need to contact LIM on their 24-hour emergency line as our customer service line is not open over the weekend.
If you have any further questions related to your policy, please let us know and we will provide you with any information you need.

Row claim settled swiftly thanks to Sandy and Chloe
My initial contact was with Sandy at Row, and she was very professional and communication skills in dealing with my particular issues were excellent, so I was made to feel at ease and that my claim would be dealt with swiftly, I found her highly efficient and helpful. From this point Chloe in the claims Team handled my claim It was a pleasure dealing with Chloe and this is my first claim ever. I am relieved that it has now been handled and await my new fridge freezer delivery. I would highly recommend both Sandy and Chloe as a highly professional and pleasent Thanks to this positive experience my dealing with Row has been much less stressful. 😄

I would leave not one star at all for this company but can’t be done , I have paid my washing machine insurance for 3 years I tried to make a claim , spoke every day for 12 days , but as I lost my proof of purchase they will not fix my washer , absolutely disgraceful company , DO NOT give them your money

If you contact the company in which you purchased the appliance from, they should be able to supply you with this proof of purchase.
I apologise that we are unable to continue with the claim if we are not able to receive this documentation.

I made a claim for the boiler repair…
I made a claim for the boiler repair and they sent a guy to look at this and he told us he will order the parts,
We followed up after the visit and an average it took 50 mints to speak to some one and what we got at the end , end less stories.
Waste of time, the true tests of these policies is when you make a claim and now I will never touch them.
Thy dont even bother to contact and say they will not deal with the matter! which is the worst part. Its a scam , keep away
