Two items have still not arrived even though they were ordered early February 2026. Followed up twice to be sent an identical response that the items would be shortly be arriving. They didn't. The worst customer service, all AI bot generated answers through their 'concerns raised' methods, and no way to actually speak or deal with an actual person. Eventually (after 2 months of further emails) got a response saying they will not refund me, despite providing as required by them a declaration that the items weren't delivered to me. Over £200 out of pocket. If you're in the UK I wouldn't order from them.

I have asked for help to return my items, I wanted to replace the jacket for the next size up. When I've taken the return to my local Evri shop, they require a QR code which I don't have, I have requested one from yourselves but you seem to be ignoring me. It looks as though I've lost £157.00 which I'm really upset about...

Really nice sliders. Cool design. They're very comfortable even though I wear them without socks. Arrived quickly too.

I love the brand

I tried shopping via the app and it wouldn’t process my voucher, then had difficulty with Apple Pay as well. It made it quite frustrating and every time I tried to go via the website, it would send me to the app. You also can’t do returns on the app- but you need the app to get membership rewards. So it’s not a pleasant experience to purchase.
The item itself is nice. Took a while to come which was a shame.

Great clothes, good quality and lovely designs. I ordered items for myself and daughter and they were all lovely. I recommend sizing up though as they do come up small.

I bought two lovely tops in the half price sale. The orange one is perfect to wear with my summer skirt with its pattern of oranges and lemons. And the white one I can wear with skirts or trousers. Easy to order and the delivery was prompt.

Customer service is something that really is a downer on this product

Ordered ten days ago, still not arrived. Estimated delivery time was three days and no warning at time of purchase that it would be shipped from Europe. Avoid.

I love Roxy. Best part of 30years wearing their clothes and accessories. The quality has not changed. I still wear some that are still good from the beginning. Never been let down. Just remember to wash everything at 30’ to make sure you’re kind to the clothes x

Swimsuit very uncomfortable with prolonged wear. Legs ride up at the front and rub, as do thick and bulky seams on the inside. For the price, I'm very disappointed.
