The team saved EVRIS error
The team , Sarah , Ava and Pete rescued a real poor display from EVRI who delivered my parcel to somebody else and couldn’t locate it then later .
The company opened the issue and the team as above went above and beyond repairing that damage , truly good old fashioned customer service - no messing just actioned the issue .
To their dedication I would not hesitate to reuse the company ( though EVRI take note your service was shocking ) thanks guys

After trying the loose PG Tips for the first time we were hooked the taste was really different and wasn't that much of a hassle to make, as that's the way everyone made tea with teabags.
After using teabags for many years we decided to go back to black tea (loose).The first brew was brilliant.

Fast&easy transaction but AWFULLY BAD MILKPODS in useless packaging
I take extra time here to write a review about the milk pods, how awfully bad they are, because I don't believe that ALL REVIEWS on their own websites are the only true reviews people gave. The milk pods are tasting very very very bad, not something anyone would want to have in their coffee. The texture of the milk is also near to water, nothing creamy at all. Plus on top, as a dolce gusto pod, it should work with cold water, but it does not work with it, if only cold water used, the machine starts acting up, spitting and coughing, only hot water can actually get out the milk from the pods. I bought the smallest available amount, and as it is so bad I can't give it away either, so it is a complete waste of money, time and energy. I just can't believe how they fool everyone with 5 stars review, when the product itself is so very bad. Otherwise the purchase went quick and easy, and the parcel also arrived fast with tracking. However, the pods are also just been put lose into a much larger cardboard box, than would be required. So even in case I could use them, they would give a head ache trying to figure out how to store all of them.

Amazing customer service!!
My regular supplier for coffee and I accidentally messed up the delivery address but the person was amazing at sorting out my mistake. Contacted me by phone which is much easier than emails, received them all the next day. Definitely deserve more than 5*, brilliant company and customer service is outstanding.

My Cookie Order
I needed some biscuits so ran a quick Google search which showed Royal Silver to have the best offer for the catering packs I needed. Having not heard of them before, I placed my order and hoped for biscuits that aren't soon to expire and soft.
I had questions about delivery times and on making contact, I spoke with someone who was so so helpful, and addressed all the delivery concerns I had.
My biscuits arrived fresh with a long expiry date.
Overall, Royal Silver offers great products, great price and great service.

Ordered some coffee pods but when they…
Ordered some coffee pods but when they came realised I had ordered the wrong type. Put a message up on their website asking if they could be swapped. Within an hour had a reply back on whatsapp asking how could they help. Told them what had happened and they sorted the problem out straight away. Returned the wrong coffee pods and received the correct ones a few days later.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
