Excellent service.couldn't't find my product and got top service from customer service. Items arrived next day again superb.the milk pods are the only ones we use now and will be a regular customer.could not ask for a better product and you will not get better customer service anywhere else.

Order query and great customer service
I contacted Royalsilver because my order had not arrived after a week. Pete assisted me and found out it had been lost by the courier. He offered me a refund or a replacement order. I wanted the order resent. I was kept updated and informed. Happy customer thanks Pete.
