Had a call from RSC this morning reminding me that my mortgage is about to come to the end of the 2 year fixed rate as promised by them that they will keep a close eye on it for us, bringing back my memories of RSC when I first started using them, The customer service is unbelievable and could not do enough for us. Emma Dearden - customer relations adviser was so lovely and explained everything to me and that she will be in touch nearer the time. Emma is a credit to RSC she definitely goes above a beyond and really put my mind at rest with answering all the questions I asked. Brilliant from start to completion! Avais worked really hard to find me the best deal on the market at a time when rates aren’t favourable for buyers. Andrae made the mortgage application very easy to complete, very thorough and precise. Andrae showed professionalism and understanding to certain requirements I had. This company made the effort to have a follow up call with myself to see how I was getting on too once completed. Zahrah made sure I was happy and if I needed any more advice or help. She assured me for the future on how RSC would be able to help if I ever needed. Thank you Zahrah!

Very slow at replying to emails - was great at start with Josh D but then we were told he hadn’t uploaded any documents or any of our information and hadn’t sent us a mortgage illustration or MIP, long drawn out processes and wanted to charge a fee (that they didn’t tell us about initially) to then have to wait a week to go through application but had time to call 4 times in between to have a ‘chat’. Plenty of brokers out there that are much quicker, avoid and go elsewhere!

We have used RSC for years and wouldn't use anyone else. Ann and Tom have always gone above and beyond. They are always professional and help to the best of there ability.
We have used RSC for over 12 years.
Would be lost without Ann and Tom.

Absolutely brilliant service!!! Helped my partner and I get a mortgage, was complicated as we’re both 50 years old and have had mortgages in the past with previous partners and had been renting for a few years.
Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we spoke to were fabulous but especially Matthew Smith and Shaun Biddle- thanks for the unwavering patience lads!!
I honestly could not recommend this company highly enough, we also have had lovely follow up calls and they’ll help us renew in a couple of years.

My house took a little longer than most peoples. I was supported by a lovely gentleman called Andrae, he was prompt and I was able to communicate easily with him throughout the process. Would recommend.

Had the pleasure of using RSC mortgages to arrange our new mortgage. Rhys and his team were professional throughout the process and came up with ideas that suited our particular needs. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Recently remortgaged with RSC, fantastic from start to finish and got us a much better interest rate on the day before our completion. Highly recommend!

Originally took out our new build mortgage 5 years ago, good experience. However when coming back to remortgage this year the appointment felt like a pushy salesman, did not feel listened to and did not offer us a good deal. Have used a different broker and got a much better deal.

Great experience with RSC New homes from start with Josh who is absolutely fantastic to finish with Hannah and in between with Oksana and Ian (getting my mortgage) the whole team assisted in getting everything sorted with affordability, mortgage arrangement with absolutely no stress on my part.
