Ante la reseña y la insistencia en mis mensajes diarios (que van desde el 26 de abril) obtuve respuesta a la petición de cierre. Me ofrecieron 100 euros los cuales acepte pero oye que no me los dan y les hablo por el mail y por el chat pero sobre todo el chat no sirve de nada es una perdida de tiempo y su servicio vip una vergüenza la verdad. Tengo que da una estrella porque no hay menos pero vamos que horrible plataforma cuando soy vip 4 y presumen de dar un servicio exclusivo que de verdad no hay. Intentaré cerrar la cuenta ya que tp me dejan y es una ilegalidad.

Llevo 12 días esperando un retiro que nunca llega. Anteriormente, ya se me han realizado bastantes retiros, la documentación es correcta. Cuando contacto con servicio en línia me dan evasivas, y cuando mando un correo siempre responden con el mismo mensaje ( generado por una máquina ). Genera una falta de confianza muy grande, ya me he hecho a la idea de que no recuperare el dinero, ya que este hecho, no es aislado, muchos más clientes se encuentran con el mismo tipo de estafa en esta página.

Ich habe insgesamt 400 € zur Auszahlung beantragt. 100 € wurden ausgezahlt, die restlichen 300 € werden seit über einer Woche verzögert.
Der Support bestätigt mehrfach, dass keine Probleme vorliegen und alles „in Bearbeitung“ ist, gibt aber keine konkrete Zeit an. Im Live-Chat wurde ich sogar aus dem Gespräch entfernt, nachdem ich eine verbindliche Antwort verlangt habe.

Misleading support and unresolved bonus issue
I am updating my experience after further communication with this casino.
I have been playing on this platform for over 1.5 years, during which I deposited significant amounts and previously reached VIP level.
After my initial review, the casino responded publicly and advised me to contact their live chat, stating that they would be happy to assist.
However, when I followed this instruction, the live chat agents informed me that they could not help with this issue and redirected me to email support. When I contacted support via email, I received only generic responses and no actual resolution.
This creates a clear contradiction between their public communication and the actual support experience.
I would also like to point out that this is not the first time I have encountered such an issue. On multiple occasions, I have missed out on bonuses due to the unavailability of support, especially during weekends.
Despite being a long-term and previously VIP player, I feel that my concerns are not being handled fairly.

Hello Trustpilot Compliance Team,
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding RT Bet and what I believe to be deliberate and systematic misconduct.
RT Bet is intentionally delaying my withdrawal requests without valid justification. Furthermore, they removed my account status without any prior notice or explanation. This action was clearly taken to prevent me from withdrawing a larger amount of money that I had legitimately won under their own terms and conditions.
These actions appear to be part of a broader pattern of player manipulation. Instead of processing my payout, RT Bet continuously attempts to push me back into gambling by offering various bonuses and incentives. This behavior strongly suggests an intention to make players lose their winnings rather than allowing withdrawals.
I consider this conduct deceptive and potentially fraudulent. Arbitrary removal of player status, unexplained payout delays, and psychological pressure through bonuses raise serious concerns about RT Bet’s compliance with fair gambling practices and consumer protection regulations.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate my complaint further, including contacting relevant gambling regulators and sharing my experience publicly to warn other players.
I request that Trustpilot investigate this issue and take appropriate action.
