Quality Products and good customer support
This is the second time I have ordered other mukhi Rudrashas. The quality of the product, information about the product on the website and delivery-all was seamless and very good.

The quality of beads is very good
The quality of beads is very good. Original Nepali rudraksh. The bead mala is prepared as per the principles mentioned in Shiv Puran. Craftsmanship is Excellent.

Quality has to showcase
Combo Garland threads are not tied and delivered open.which gave me Yuuuukkk feeling.
Few combination garland are not showing origin stating its Nepali or other and they are round beeds.
Which show the gap somewhere with the team. SECONDLY courier services are the worst - I would like to mention specifically for it .without follow up courier guys never deliver and every time they irritate,after putting mail to swift and blue Dart then only things delivered. Made 2 orders and faces same situation.
