I've placed an order for around €400,- in Oktober last year. 4 months later, I've still received nothing. I have mailed them a dozen times, and I've received nothing. It's insane, they are frauds.

I ordered $1500 worth of blanks in early November. After a month I haven't heard anything, I've asked for tracking number and delivery date. She said about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing came, she then offered me a credit note. which I confirmed. At the beginning of January I got an email that the credit would be sent in about 14-16 days.

Since then no more answer to mail and no money back. Disrespectful company.

Never buy from this eshop. They are thieves and frauds. I bought €231 worth of clothes over 2 months ago and they didn't send me anything. I sent them many emails to get my money back and they didn't reply. So I understood that they are thieves. I wish the money they have stolen from all of us will be spent on medicine and doctors

I ordered a single sweatshirt in the beginning of December. I waited a full month of receiving no shipping information before contacting them. They told me there was an inventory issue and that it would be shipped in the next 1.5-2 weeks. After 2 weeks and still no information I contacted them again. No response for almost a month after that. Finally they contact me and suddenly they don't have the inventory, 3 months after my purchase. Almost 2 weeks since then and they still have not even refunded me.
I paid for shipping which I assume will not be refunded. I waited 3 months with no information and the best they are going to do is tell me I'll get a refund? Why would they allow purchases when they don't have the inventory, and then also be so poor with communication? This was a ridiculous 3 month long headache.

I ordered from them on Nov. 28th, every time I emailed them asking where my order is, I was told it would ship in 1.5-2 weeks. This went on for 3 months until SURPRISE they never had my items in stock in the first place and told me I would be receiving a refund within a week. It’s been over two weeks and no response from this s***** company.

Company policy, 7 days for return. I requested a return 2/6 and received a reply 2/11 asking if all the information looks correct which I replied yes and for RA#/Return address. Did not received a response after numerous email attempts. I took the issue up with my cc company and they reversed the transaction but gave the company 30 days to respond....surprise, surpise I received RA# on 3/2 with a 5 days deadline or voided?? lol ok

Horrible company. Their sweatshirts feel scratchy and cheap and they don’t respond to messages for returns. Had to have my credit card company fight it out with them to get a refund even though I followed their restrictive rules exactly.

I waited for the order for 3 months, in the meantime I sent emails to ask for information and they replied assuring me that the package would arrive. Tired of waiting I asked for the order to be canceled but after a month I didn't get the refund, also they stopped answering the mails since I started asking why the refund didn't arrive

Placed an order on Jan 13. Still hasn’t arrived and they took my money, very big scam avoid at all costs tbh. Customer service is awful and don’t reply.

I made an order on December 26, 2 months later he sends me an email to tell me that the item is out of stock, it is February 22 I still have not received my refund it is inadmissible I do not recommend strongly to buy on this site it's a scam

Scammers !! Never but there they took my money and never delivered and when I cancelled my order after 2 months waiting they Saïd that they will refund le but 1 month later I Still have no money and the customer service doesn’t answer anymore!!

Ordered a hoodie in November. It's been 3 months now with no updates. Customer service is ignoring my emails. Don't order from here.

They don’t deliver and will not reply to customer service. Bought on the 11th of nov, never shipped. After cancelling my order I still did not receive my refund. Straight up scam company, dont buy here! They are one big shitshow.

They actually starting answering and refunding items after 2 month without any contact.

I ordered two shirts and a hoodie on December 1st, 2022, and have yet to receive anything. Their customer service is terrible; email replies (if you get one) are vapid and non-committal, offering zero answers or any concern.

Basically, they’ve taken my money, and I have nothing to show for it.

It’s a shame, because I ordered from them in December 2021, the items arrived, and the quality is excellent.

First time I ordered 2021 and everything went fine. I ordered again in 2022 and since 3 months I'm waiting for my clothes and never heard anything from them.

And when I write them, they're ignoring me

Spent over 200 euros at this store. Waiting for my order for over two months. Only email reply I got was after one month saying they were changing couriers and all shipments were on hold. Have sent 3 emails since with no reply. Absolute shambles of a company. I feel scammed.

It'a a 3rd month of wainting for my hoodie from RP, there is 0 contact since 2 weeks. They've got amazing clothes but this is just unacceptable and this was my last time buying smth from them :////

Order 24 Hoodies on January 6th and it's February 13th I still have not received my order, there is no answer to emails I send them, it is one of the worst experiences of working with vendor.

Definitely don't order from them. save yourself a headache, it is not worth it.
