Great app for Rugby News and Fixtures. Easy to navigate and find info on live games. Can also stream matches, documentaries and podcasts. Recommended for rugby fans.

The best one-stop shop for Rugby news on the internet. They also have arguably one of the best stats offerings in Rugby Union, most fixtures and match centers have data you actually cant get anywhere else. Apps pretty decent as well, just needs the ability to follow a team!

This app is obviously run by bitter, bad losers… they have removed both series of Chasing the Sun, but have kept documentaries for all blacks and the islands teams… which means it’s run by Kiwis or Englishmen!
As the saying goes… “a game for hooligans, but played by gentleman” and to add my tuppence “an app for gentleman, run by hooligans.”

this app rarely works - most of the time when i start it I get a prompt to log in and then a pop up that says something went wrong. it is completely unreliable.

In particular, the content attributed to a writer named "Ben Smith" — which appears to be a pseudonym — repeatedly crosses the line from fair journalism into a space of vitriol and abuse, cloaked under the guise of opinion.

The tone, frequency, and deliberate nature of these articles go beyond critique and instead foster an environment that promotes division, antagonism, and disrespect toward a specific group of rugby fans. This is not only unethical journalism but also a gross misuse of your platform, which should ideally aim to unite the global rugby community rather than fracture it through biased editorial conduct.

Springbok fans, like all rugby supporters, are passionate, knowledgeable, and proud of their team. It is unacceptable that we are consistently subjected to public ridicule and thinly veiled hostility — a treatment not similarly applied to fans of other major rugby nations such as England or New Zealand. This double standard is glaring and deeply concerning.

I demand that RugbyPass take immediate steps to:

Review and address the inflammatory content published under the name "Ben Smith."

Enforce stronger editorial standards that prevent targeted abuse of any fanbase.

Ensure that all contributors, pseudonymous or not, uphold journalistic integrity and respect for all segments of the rugby community.

This behavior must not continue. Rugby is a sport that champions respect, fairness, and unity — values that are being undermined by content currently hosted on your site. I, along with many others, will not stand by silently as Springbok supporters are singled out and vilified.

World Rugby Absolute disaster. Every single time I want to watch a live game on rugbypass all I get is a circle of death on the screen. Typical of.most Rugby organisation I come across. Don’t give a dawn about the fans. I'd sack everybody at world rugby, they're only there for what they can get out of the system.
THIS IS 2025 AND THEY CAN'T PROVIDE A SIMPLE STREAMING SERVICE THAT HUNDREDS OF OTHER PROVIDERS WORLDWIDE CAN DO. SHAME ON YOU. Stop thinking about your next jolly and look after the fans.

Tried to unsuccessfully register. Email verification code and newly created password acknowledged as being correct (all boxes ticked) after secondary input but will not allow "continuation" to next step of process upon submission!

Keeps logging me out as I watch games. Then says either connection failure or can’t access RugbyPass. App is useless.

Utterly useless. It didn’t work last week for the England France A game and now trying to watch England u20 v The Boks and there is no live feed. Just a load of stats. Completely unacceptable.

Absolute rubbish!

Why announce you can access the games on the app when it's impossible. What a waste of time!

As with many other reviews on here, tried to login to watch the England vs France game and took 25mins of constantly refreshing page after page of the process to finally see the game. Then kept dropping out. Commentary wasn't good either.

Sort out the technology or just let the main TV and streaming services have the games.

There is nothing about RugbyArse that is less than utter crap.
We've been sold down the river by the RFU and Sweeney, on £1.1 million and the rest of the pathetic rabble that run it.

As for RugbyArse, I designed complex systems and would be ashamed to have been anywhere near this.

Yet another nail in the coffin for Rugby.

What a complete shambles they made of showing England v France match yestreday. And have seen any kind of apology for the total incompetance

Would give 0 if I could - missed first half of England vs France - luckily found the YouTube Feed for the second half - total waste of time and very frustrating to miss the action! Definitely need to ditch this platform
