Ruislip Windows & Doors Reviews

We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors from Ruislip Windows and Doors Ltd. We have used this company on 2 previous occasions and they always do a first class job throughout the process of ordering, planning and installation.
We are delighted with the look and quality of our new windows and doors and have already noticed a considerable difference in the warmth in our home (we had single glazing previously.
We would also like to thank and give a big commendation to the Installation team of Tom and Lee. They were throughly professional, courteous and friendly in doing an outstanding job. A particular thank you to Tom, the Lead installer who went above and beyond in making good and ensuring that we were happy customers.
Thank you to all at Ruislip Windows and the highest recommendation.

Excellent service and a great job well done. Highly recommend.

I had a porch fitted and changed a ,back door and a few windows. Really pleased with the quality of the work. Excellent professional service from surveyor and office staff as well.

The company responded very quickly to a problem with our door lock. The engineer who came was very polite and efficient. He went back to the office to get a replacement lock and as my wife has arthritis he brought two locks to see which would be better. Extremely impressed with the customer service and would thoroughly recommend Ruislip Windows and Doors.

Great service and product. Would recommend.

Always a great service. Friendly and on time!

Had seen the quality of the work that RW&D have done before on others houses so booked them to glaze and roof our conservatory, as it isn’t a standard shape/size. Alex and Dave were fantastic, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So glad that we chose a local company and that we got Alec and Dave, they did a super job in trying weather and with design problems to solve. Solve them they did and to a very high standard. I wish all improvement works could be as painless and fruitful as this one.

I am a medium size building contractor. We were awarded a contract to replace 68 windows in a care home in Barnet. Because of the contract requirements, we needed a company capable of delivering top-quality work in an environment that values both staff and residents. Ruislip Windows provided a detailed quote which was more than competitive with other contractor’s. The contract was awarded to Ruislip Windows who completed the works to an exceptionally high standard, finishing to the programme’s time schudule, the window installers were respectful to both staff and residents and were praised for their work ethic’s. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their outstanding professionalism from quote to contract completion.

We recently had the window at the front of our house replaced by RWD and I would just like to say how pleased we are with the install. Fernando and Cass did a thoroughly professional job to a high standard, always keeping us updated and cleaning up everyday. Would recommend RWD to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship.

We have used Ruislip windows four times now to replace all the windows and side and back doors to our property. Their service is excellent. Our recent fitters (Fernando & Casio) were superb. They made sure everything was cleaned and tidied before they left each evening and wete both very polite.
We had a minor issue with the wrong glass being supplied but the company called to apologise and ordered replacements within 3 days. The fitters also contacted the company on our behalf to ensure the replacements would be ordered as soon as possible which was above our expectations.

This Company have done a fantastic job on the problems I had with my front door. They worked tirelessly to correct the problem brilliantly and I'm very grateful.

He was exceptionally experienced, highly skilled, professional yet very friendly. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use the company replacing our back garden door and most of the windows. Just love my new patio door with integral blinds..... prompt delivery and installation, excellent company

I received four quotes for patio door replacement and faced the challenge of finding a window company that understood my need for a cat flap installation. The company I chose had extensive experience and offered excellent ideas and guidance. To my surprise, their quote was quite reasonable for the service they provided. I highly recommend them for window and door replacement services.

Very professional service, topclass door fitting, Door fitted perfectly. wide range of doors & windows, very good materials & workmanship. Overall great service and very good value Doors & Windows. Would highly recommend Ruislip Windows & Doors.

Everything was painless and straightforward from start to finish. The installation was quick considering the number of windows we have. Terry and Lee left each day having tidied up their mess from the day. I found one bit of damage once the installation was complete and this was rectified the next day. I would definitely recommend Ruislip Windows and Doors without hesitation.
