The staff are friendly and helpful even with people who aren't sure on what they are looking for. The gait analysis and knowledge of staff is second to none. They are able to advise on your unique needs and preferences. The selection of quality products are amazing. They are highly accommodating to intricate details that are sometimes over looked. Would highly recommend

Having previously bought my shoes off the internet which were ill fitting and not suited to my feet, I have been going to Linda and her dedicated and professional team now for all my shoes in the lead up to my first marathon. And I will continue to do so!! Linda is friendly, warm, welcoming, extremely knowledgable and patient! If the shoe you want is not in stock then they will order it in. The wider range of accessories available means it is a one stop shop for all your running needs! Very well run and nothing is too much 🙂

Ordered a pair of NB Fuelcell Elites, which arrived really fast (ten days earlier than their "arrive before" date) in tip top condition. Great shoes for a great price! RunActive was reliable and speedy. Would recommend.

I went to have my gait analysis done by the wonderful Linda today as I was prepping for London marathon! Linda was so amazing, and she let me try on as many trainers as I liked until I found the ones I loved. I had such a lovely time, and learned a lot about my running style through my analysis I couldn’t recommend RunActive more. Thank you Linda and all the ladies in the store today for all your help x

Came into the store again today. Both times I have been served by Linda. What a credit she is to your team. So friendly and made me feel very relaxed. She guided me through the different trainers and listened to my concerns about my existing ones. Very knowledgeable and I am very happy with my new trainers. If you are wanting to get new trainers definitely go here.

Went into Linda in the Leigh on sea store. The best customer service and help I have ever had!
After having awful blisters caused by running she really took the time and multiple pairs of shoes to make sure I had the right ones. Nothing felt too much trouble and really made me feel so comfortable.
I can’t thank her enough for all of her help, she deserves all the custom and I will definitely be returning!
