Great experience at the Liverpool Street RUSH salon. Sacha did a lovely job cutting my hair and shaping it - it is far more voluminous now. It was also lovely chatting to everyone at the salon - it was a very friendly, positive, and lively atmosphere.

Although I booked an appointment for one price and package, the computer and account at the salon displayed another price due to a re-organisation of slots. This was an error in the system, and it was quickly and easily resolved by the lady at the desk after everything was explained. I was able to pay for my original pre-booked package/price, which I appreciated. Thank you!

Have been visiting Rush for many years and the service is always great.
From walking in I am greeted with a smile and friendly attitude, to the minute I walk out, I always love my hair. As I am a working mum, I don’t have much time to spend on my hair and the professional team always do miracles, give the best advice ( I do have curly hair) and make it easy for me to maintain my hair at home.
I trust every person that works there and the front of house team always make me feel welcomed and looked after. Thanks guys, you are amazing! See you soon☺️

I had a very disappointing experience at Leicester salon and would not return.

I went in with a clear inspiration photo for a soft, blended balayage. I understand that inspiration photos cannot always be replicated exactly, and I also understand the limitations that can come with previous colour. I was already concerned about warmth in my hair, which is why I specifically asked whether the result I wanted was achievable. I was reassured that it was, and that the warmth could be managed.

Unfortunately, the initial result was nothing like what I had requested. The highlights were very chunky rather than soft and blended, and there was considerably more warmth than I had wanted.

I spent the entire day in the salon while two attempts were made to address the colour. Unfortunately, the colour specialist did not successfully correct the issue. Instead, the toning process made the colour warmer, and a semi-permanent colour was then applied over my hair, which was very similar to my original colour and effectively covered the result I had been asking for. I raised at the time that I was concerned this colour would fade and reveal the warm, chunky highlights underneath, but I was dismissed.

The final result was therefore essentially a flat brown colour, worse than what I had walked into the salon with, rather than the soft, blended balayage I had originally requested.

The stylist who initially did my hair was lovely and I have no personal criticism of her. However, I was concerned by the level of expertise involved, particularly as the regional manager/colour specialist repeatedly indicated during the appointments that she would not have approached the colour in the same way the original stylist had.

After two attempts to address the colour, no refund was offered. When I raised the matter with client services, I was advised that refunds were dealt with in-house. The regional manager offered me 50% and told me that this was the best I would get. I found her manner during these conversations very rude and dismissive, particularly given that I had been more than reasonable throughout and had already spent an entire day in the salon trying to resolve an issue with a result that was fundamentally not what I had asked for.

I ultimately had to pursue a refund through a chargeback, which was eventually successful. I have also since had to spend additional money at another salon to correct my hair. The colourist there confirmed that the colour was not done correctly and that putting an overall colour was not the appropriate way to fix the error.

I appreciate that attempts were made to resolve the situation and that the stylist herself was friendly. However, the original colour result, the way it was subsequently dealt with, and the handling of my complaint fell far below the level of service I expected. I lost an entire day trying to resolve the issue and have had to spend further money elsewhere to get my hair closer to the result I originally asked for.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, and not one I would recommend.

Love this salon . Rush Greenwich - All the staff so lovely & welcoming . Especially love Sam. Does the best colour & cut . And the blow dry is much better than anywhere in Essex. Proper hair wash and scrub too x

Had my Hair sonw on Sat this wekwnd just gone. Had an amazing cut and colour with Rebecca, the staff are lovely and receptionist was so kind and helpful. A great experience. Can't wait till my next appointment. Thank you Rush in Worthing West Sussex.
