This used to be my local salon about 10 years ago, and I happened to be passing through and in need of a cut so popped in and was delighted that there was room for a walk-in. Hana did a great job on my hair, with a very relaxing head massage during the wash, and was lovely to chat with. Will try not to leave it another 10 years before returning!

I had my hair styled and coloured by Jordan at Rush Salon, Manchester and it is truly amazing, he spent a lot of time and patience in achieving exactly what I had been waiting to have for a long time. I will not use any other stylist and colourist only Jordan.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the Area Manager, Michaela in the salon. She was very kind and hospitable.

I come to Rush Chichester on a regular basis and always find all staff to be very polite and friendly.
Laura has been doing my hair for about 8 years now and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. She really understands my wants and needs and is very knowledgeable.
Nothing is too much trouble here whether it’s having a coffee as you sit and relax or somebody going out to get you lunch.
A truly remarkable place and you always feel like a new person when you walk out.

I have been using Rush East Grinstead for many years and I love visiting this salon. All the staff are super friendly and make you feel so at ease. Mollie (East Grinstead) has been colouring my hair and I love my latest colour. I previously have had extensions and nervous about having my shorter hair, Mollie styled it in a way that makes me feel more confident and happier without having the extensions in. Highly recommend Mollie.

Jess made the experience so lovely! I had never been to Rush before and left with so much hope. Jess very kindly did a K scan on my scalp to see what treatment would be best for my hair (completely free consultation btw) and recommended different products that would help grow and help me maintain my hair! It’s been just over a month and I have already seen so many positives! Would highly recommend.

I don’t regret switching to Rush Hair. My hair has never been in this condition. It’s so healthy, and the shine is amazing. They recommend the best products and give you the best experience. My hairdresser always really listens to what I want for my hair health/ style. I had a free consultation, where Jess used the K scanner on my scalp. She explained everything in so much detail, I really feel I understand my hair and scalp better. I have also been using the products recommended and my scalp is in a much better condition.
I couldn’t recommend this salon more.

I have been going to Rush in Chiswick for more than a decade! The whole team are incredible and I always feel looked after. Ariana is simply brilliant!

The poorest experience that I’ve had at a salon. No customer service, very rushed service, the worst wash (more of a rinse) and the worst blowdry I’ve ever experienced. For the blowdry, my roots were barely touched, and I had to ask the stylist to go over my hair again, this time using smaller sections and taking more time. Even then, the finish did not look salon finished at all, and my hair was already frizzy by the time I got home, despite it being a dry sunny day. I’d avoid this branch if you have thicker or curlier hair, as the stylist clearly struggled with my hair texture. I contacted Rush afterwards to raise my concerns and requested a refund, which they declined. The did offer a redo which I initially declined as I didn’t feel comfortable returning to a salon that had been so subpar, but eventually I agreed to the redo at my local salon instead. Since then though, they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether. I gave Rush multiple opportunities to resolve this privately, but unfortunately I’ve been left with no response, again highlighting the lack of customer service and care. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend Rush Dorking.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an appointment my daughter had at your Rush store in South Croydon. My daughter's appointment was scheduled for a balayage with a cut and blow dry with Izzy, which was advertised at a 50% discounted rate.

Upon her arrival, a different stylist, Veena, who identified herself as a senior stylist, attended to my daughter. It is important to note that my daughter was not informed of any additional costs associated with being serviced by a senior stylist. Furthermore, the service provided involved the application of a colour toner to her existing highlights, for which she was charged £50. This charge is significantly higher than the £28 advertised on your website for such a service.

Additionally, my daughter was charged £28 for a hair wash and £77 for a haircut, services with which she is profoundly dissatisfied. The overall experience left my daughter feeling extremely upset, and she contacted me immediately after leaving the salon. She believes she received a high-priced service that was of very poor quality. She is unhappy with both her hair colour and style and has expressed a desire to use a box dye to return her hair to its original colour.

For your reference, I have attached images illustrating the desired outcome my daughter expected versus the actual result of the service.

I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter. Since then Jana their store manager been dealing with my complaint I called her on 8th of September to speak to her in Croydon she mentioned she is unable to take my call so send in the complaint to client care .

Narges is one of my favourite hairdressers at the Hammersmith branch! She has such a lovely personality and is always patient, calm, and attentive. She already knows exactly what I want, and I’m always happy with her service. I was a little disappointed when she was only working one day a week, so I was really happy to hear today that she’s coming back to the salon full-time. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and treats your hair the way you want, I highly recommend Narges!
