This was my very first experience at Rush, and it was absolutely amazing!! All the staff were so warm and welcoming throughout my experience. Special mention to my stylist Katie, who was absolutely phenomenal! Katie provided me with such care and consideration throughout and I am over the moon with my results. I am so thankful for Katie and I am most definitely returning to the salon!

Really lovely place. I've been coming at Rush in Chichester for years. Staff are really good. I always leave the place feeling glamourous. :-)
Plus they are open long hours and weekends.
Would totally recommend.

I've been visiting Rush Chichester for nearly 20 years and would not want to go anywhere else! The team there are super friendly and Laura the Manager is amazing - a great hairdresser and a great rapport with all her clients. You can probably find a cheaper salon, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better one!

YORK BRANCH: This poor review is due to the lack of response on several occasions to address a complaint. No problem with hair however top covered front to back in bleach!
I have tried to contact Manager with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Very very poor customer service.
Could not be dealt with on the day due to no management or senior oversight that day!

Very warm reception at Rush hair on Chiswick High Road. Very good hair cut and charming lady cutting my hair.

My hair was a challenge - it had multiple colours from my other hairdresser, previous black box dye and a 4 inch grown out root but Hannah sorted me right out, no problem. My hair is now even and looks completely different. I went from hating my hair to loving it in 4 hours :) plus she was lovely too - thanks Hannah I will be back xx

Made a last minute appointment at Rush, Maidstone to tidy up my hair. Alisha was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and listened to what I wanted and delivered.
Left the salon very happy - would definitely recommend.

I experienced a lot of attention to detail to my hair colour and style/ cut. To be honest this was my best ever time there at The Rush hair salon.

I would give 0 if I could. I was a loyal customer and then went recently, asking for a trim, with facial framing, and dark colour.

They proceeded to dye my hair LIGHTER and gave me the most uneven cut I have ever seen. Cut me in curtain bangs I didn’t ask for. Both just jagged uneven blocks of hair, not blended in at all. Asked her to blend it and she did something, but it was still completely choppy. I ended up just giving up and going to another salon because it looked so shockingly bad and quite honestly I didn’t trust them to fix it.

There refused to give me any refund despise doing the opposite of what I asked colour wise (how do you even mess that up?? I asked to go darker brown and they dyed it a lighter brassier brown? You can literally see my darker roots now) and messed up the most simple hair cut request ever. Uneven at the ends and awful unblended layering around the face. They only offer compensation in the form of a discount in their store, not taking into account that people don’t want to go back somewhere they’ve received such poor service and risk the same thing happening again?

I also have a friend who had an almost identical experience to me in a different store and was not compensated. Had to go back again with the expectation of paying full price, despite them messing up her colour.

Do not go to Rush.

All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I had my appointment with Drew and he helped me figure out what would work for me personally, he made me feel super comfortable, explained all the products he was using and the costs of the service and i felt very looked after. He was very bubbly and made time fly by! My hair came out just like the inspo picture i had and i am extremely happy with everything. I highly recommend this salon :)

RUSH Nottingham is my regular salon for over 2 years now. I'm always booking in with Lena and everytime she makes me so happy with the results! My hair is always perfect and I trust the salon to always treat me so kindly. The manager Ashley is also so lovely! Can tell he works so hard to ensure the shop is at high standards :) highly recommend.
