Relinquishing control of such a personal, substantive, and consequential task to someone you have never met can feel daunting. Amanda F. proved to be a master of her craft; pragmatic, thorough, and clearly not her or her team's first rodeo. If you follow the steps and provide what is asked, she delivers on time and as promised.

The service was excellent and well worth the investment. I was traveling for work while applying for my first passport, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

I was skeptical about going with rushedpassport. After starting the process I almost started to back out but I only had about three weeks to get a passport so I could fly to my daughter’s wedding. I needed this and fast. I got a call from Anna and she helped me through a couple problems I was having and pushed me through it. They have contacted me and said my passport was being sent and a week earlier than expected. I was so thankful and now I will be able to walk my daughter down the aisle. Thank you so much rushed passport for making me and my daughter happy. Couldn’t have done it otherwise.

Had a really great experience with Rushed Passports. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we got our passports when we needed them. All her instructions were clear and accurate. Don't think we could have had a better experience!

I needed my passport within 6 days. I called ‘rushedpsssport on Monday. I had my documents submitted by 5pm on Monday. They provided my with a delivery day of Saturday. This was a tight timeline as I was flying on Sunday. The service was excellent. I reached out to customer service a few times during the week as I was nervous about the timeline. Gleika helped me so much. She responded quickly and professionally. I am so happy with their service.

They kept their word that's what made the experience 5 stars i paid for the 5 to 7 business day service and mailed my documents July 14,2025 I received my passport in the mail July 21, 2025.

My experience was great. Wasn't sure what to expect from an online company so there were concerns in the beginning. As soon as I signed up all concerns vanished. Received my link to the secure portal, followed by a welcome call from support to answer any questions.
Just followed the check list and submitted the documents for review. the team quickly reviewed and provided a next day shipping label. A total of seven days and the passport is in hand.
While everybody was very helpful, I'd like to give Special recognition to Amanda F she was especially helpful and really exemplifies what a Customer Support Specialist is all about

It’s an expensive process and you need to be responsible for submittal, instructions and dates. The team is knowledgeable and expeditious in their replies. However, be ready and pack in ~an extra week for delays, holidays and bad weather. I agree with another comment that if you have the time to do everything yourself take the cheaper routes. If you have the money, I would recommend this service 100%

the process worked perfectly, but i must say it would have been a lot more difficult without Adria’s help. she patiently helped my get my package in order and followed up the whole way.

This company provides an amazing service to panicked travelers like me. I forgot to check my passport which had expired two months ago. I realized this on the Monday before my Saturday trip. There are so many sites offering fast passports, most with terrible reviews. I needed a passport quickly and was still hesitant. I found Rushed Passport and they far exceeded my expectations. Someone was aka ways available to answer your questions and they assist through the whole process. Highly recommend.

We would have preferred to not have to rush a passport application but we were so glad this option existed. We were unsure about it but it worked out great. Very well coordinated process from beginning to end. My only minor criticism would be to have a more step by step process once the package is shipped to them (that would help with anxious applicants and decrease the emails to them). Highly recommended!

I’m so glad I found this company online. They were nothing but seamless, extremely professional, very detail oriented and the whole process went smoothly. Although it’s quite pricey you are paying for the service that you’re getting so in this instance, it’s 100% worth it. I started this process less than two weeks ago and it will already be in the mail in two days.
