At first I thought it was going to be very difficult because I’m not so computer savvy, but it was very easy to upload the documents and they were available by phone or text if I had a problem. I received my passport in time for my trip!

Amazing service! I was very skeptical at first. However, they were extremely transparent and informative about the process. They make sure your information is correct before you send it to the passport agency, help you set up the appointment for the passport application, help ship your documents, and help you track when your passport will arrive. Our support specialist, Gleika M, made the process very easy and answered all my questions swiftly. We ordered the 4-5 day service and got it a day before it was expected. I highly recommend this service, and I would definitely use it again.

Great service! I had Amanda F and Ana B. It’s so wonderful to have personal service and not have to go through a phone tree when I needed to call or multiple people when I emailed. They both were always kind and knowledgeable. That meant a lot to me.

Ana was a great help. Walked me through a lot of stuff that would otherwise have taken days instead of hours. I needed my passport in three days and that's what I got. Which is pretty impressive since I'd lost my expired passport and did not have a copy of my birth certificate. The three day charge is steep, but I'm able to go to India and that makes it worth it.

I had an amazing experience, especially with Ana B. , she always treated me with great kindness and made this experience so smooth.

We chose the 5 to 7 business day option for my son's minor passport. Amanda F was the specialist assigned to us. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, communicative and friendly. The representative who walked me through the process was patient and very professional. I was up against a very tight timeline and she helped make it happen with time to spare. It was a great relief. It was pricey, but this company was even better than the Gov website. I completed everything in one day with Gleika’s help, mailed everything the next day and had my passport within the week. I would recommend this company.

I had an utterly disappointing experience with RushedPassport.com and strongly advise against using their services. On September 1, 2025, I paid for their highest-tier 1-3 day expedited service, which promised delivery of both a passport book and a passport card. I completed and shipped all required documents on September 2. The passport book arrived late on September 9, already past their guaranteed timeframe, but the passport card, which I specifically paid extra for, was never delivered.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email, phone, and their portal, I received no meaningful response or resolution. To make matters worse, they outright refused to issue any refund for the missing passport card or the failed expedited service. This is unacceptable for a company claiming to provide premium, time-sensitive services. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service left me stranded for urgent travel plans, forcing me to seek alternative solutions at additional cost. Avoid this company at all costs, unreliable, unresponsive, and untrustworthy.
