I did NOT have the "NORMAL" situation, as I'm sure that most people who are looking for assistance with a passport are people that just don't know how to get one on their own, or are scared to apply... I have had 2 previous passports, with a name change since my last one that had a brand new middle name, not to mention that my birth certificate first name was a variation of the legal first name I've used since school, AND ADD TO THAT the NUMEROUS marriages/divorces I've had since my last passport, not to mention the fact I leave in less than a week :/ - to say that I was STRESSED is an understatement! I paid for 3 day service AND WHITE GLOVE, and WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN, as long as AMANDA was my concierge for my VIP White Glove service. Amanda walked me through getting every document that she even thought the agency would potentially ask for & stayed on the phone with me when my local courthouse was unsure what to do since normally they process the applications for everyone in my little county, reassuring me every step of the way. She kept me up to date once Fed-Ex had my package, when she got there, and once the agency had it in their possession yesterday. Today she texted with "I've got great big news! I'm sending your tracking information & your passport will be in your hands tomorrow!" 💜 THANK YOU, AMANDA! 💜 YOU HAVE PROVEN YOURSELF TO BE A TRUE ROCKSTAR VIP!!!

We needed a last minute passport for our trip. Not only Kobe H., the representative, diligently help us, but we received the passport before the date we thought would be delivered. I was nervous at first using this service but they definitely came through for my partner.

Great communication, speedy service and got my passport to me in less than a week

I confess I was warned by many about scam expedited passport services on line. Yet, I needed a passport in about three weeks and required assistance to negotiate the bureaucracy in time to make it to my daughters' graduation overseas.

I reviewed a few services online and decided to try Rushedpassport. I am happy I did. Yes, it cost a bit more up front than expected, but the great customer service compelled me to share my gratitude for all of my expectations being surpassed. Following their guidance, and using the appointment they were able to find for trsted agent verification had my new passport in my hands nine days after I used the provided shipping label to submit my application. Coddos the the entire team that made this a great value for a retiree without much faith in the system.

This service is legit! The step-by-step process was very easy to follow and customer service always answered every step of the way. I sent my paperwork on a Friday and received my passport the following Thursday. Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

They were there to walk through the questions I had. It took longer to fill out the application than I anticipated. We got ours back one week after we sent it. It definitely is the fasted way to get a passport but also the most expensive way. It’s well worth it when you need it fast.

Worth the money if you have an upcoming trip and need your passport renewed fast! They walk you through all of the paperwork and are very helpful every step of the way. I worked with account specialist Amanda F., and not only was she super helpful and kind, but she also kept me updated and didn't seem to mind all the emails I sent while I was anxiously waiting for my passport to arrive. Which arrived a day early, mind you! Overall, great experience!

I initially intended to proceed with the service provided by RushedPassport.com and carefully followed all of their instructions. They even scheduled an appointment for me at the post office. However, during the appointment, I encountered an issue with the postal clerk. Although the company advised me to ensure I left with the sealed envelope, the clerk refused to return it to me after stamping it, repeatedly stating that once processed, it could not be handed back. She also dismissed the service as a “scam” and declined my request to contact the company for clarification.

I contacted RushedPassport.com immediately, and they explained that some postal employees may not be familiar with third-party passport expediting services. Unfortunately, since it was a Saturday and their office closed early, I was unable to resolve the issue that day. I returned to the post office the following Monday, but received the same response and was unable to proceed.

Due to these complications, I had no choice but to cancel the service. I notified the company of my cancellation; however, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund based on their policy. I was told they would follow up within 7–10 days regarding my case, but I did not receive any response within that timeframe. As a result, I ultimately had to dispute the charge.

While I cannot definitively speak to the legitimacy of the service, my experience was frustrating and unresolved. Based on the lack of communication and inability to complete the process, I am leaving a 1-star review.

Such an efficient and well-run process. There are real people behind the curtain reviewing your application with care and providing timely feedback via email. In addition, all my questions were answered promptly. It's refreshing to communicate (and know you are communicating) with humans, not bots. Terrific experience all around.

These folks are fantastic. Second time I’ve used them. Streamlined portal and very prompt responses and ability to call as needed to make sure everything is done right the first time. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I was in a pickle since my passport was 10 years past expiration, and I could not find my birth certificate. I was ready to give up and live a life of a hermit never leaving my house or traveling. The folks at rushed passport were so nice and took the time to assure me that my old passport could work as my proof of citizenship. The process was very easy. However you have to read the instructions carefully and follow them to the T. Worth every penny!
