The persons I was in contact with were extremely responsive and attentive to my questions. Their instructions were easy to follow and they were always on top to make sure everything was moving along well. Kept me informed of the different steps as the process was moving along. Everything happened as promised.

Amanda was very helpful

It was a difficult task to get a new passport for my son who just turned 18 and is now an adult. The difficulty came from the fact that he really had no adult ID. The crew here worked relentlessly to come up with enough forms of ID to get him anew passport in time to travel. Not even the horrible weather stood in the way. Ana and the whole term delivered!

Great Experience. Everyone I spoke with, and I called many times, for assistance in getting my daughter's passport renewed. Each person I worked with was even more helpful than the next. They literally bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me through the rush process.

The service was quick, the team was so responsive and walked me through what I needed to do to complete the service. While it was pricey, it beat the visit to the agency. Would recommend if you are in need of a passport fast!

Getting ready for a trip and could not find my passport, evidently lost or misplaced. Called these folks and they walked me through the whole process, answered my emails quickly and got my passport delivered at the time promised. I live in a small town almost two hours from Dallas, TX so this service was invaluable. Glad to recommend them.

Post office lies!!! I tried to get my passport “expedited” at post office but they told me would take weeks!! Thank God I found this company because I was able to get it in 5 days! The post office has no clue what they are doing or talking about! I highly suggest using a company that is actually registered with the State Department. These guys save my trip and my life! I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a passport in time according to the post office but they have no clue and basically lied to me saying it would be impossible. Thank you so much Rushed Passport!! Going to Aruba for Valentine’s Day now!!! Woohoo!!

Using Rushed passport turned what could have been a vary overwhelming situation into something manageable. The instructions were clear, and i appreciated knowing that someone was actually reviewing my paper work rather than just pushing it through. The follow up communication helped keep expectations realistic and reduced a lot of anxiety. My passport arrived on schedule, and everything went according to plan. Couldn’t say enough good things about Amanda at Rushedpassport. We were faced with tight deadlines and an ice storm. FedEx then screwed up delivery and I got my passport delivered 2 hours before I left for airport. Amanda stayed in touch helped me escalate and went above and beyond. High highly recommend. .

Edit: I was credited a full refund as 2/5/26.
I started to use this service but it ended i didn't need it. This was done on 1/14/26 and was charged before I completed the process and never did. I emailed and left a message on their 800# to cancel on the 15th and spoke to a rep & I received a cancelation email on the 1/15/26. I have had to file a fraud claim and fowarded the cancelation email to bank. They have not refunded my money as 2/3/26. I would not suggest this company to anyone since I asked for it to be canceled due to incomplete process and they have not returned funds. I didn't call 1st they called me to push order and I stopped process due to suspicion, tried to call them back and number was not in service. Go directly to passport office its like 290.00 from my understanding in new oreleans and you can get it that day. These guys are scamming and ripping people off. So they have 619.95 that they have not refunded. As of today my bank is still waiting for answers. Money back guarantee is a lie.

I am very pleased with this experience and got my passport earlier than anticipated. I appreciate those I interacted with via email and the help they gave me, and would like to especially thank Ana B. for her timely communications and information. plus her reassurance that I’d have my passport in time for my travel date. I highly recommend this company if you need an expedited passport.

The VIP service was excellent! It’s definitely worth the extra money. The process was simple and Amanda took great care of me. The passport would have arrived earlier than the due date, if it weren’t for inclement weather. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough outstanding things about this company. They were absolutely amazing. I had a trip planned to Aruba for three months and thought my passport expired in 2028 when it actually expired in 2026, 2 weeks before my flight was scheduled. I was totally stressed and upset. There are no offices in Florida and thought I was out of luck until I found this organizarion Rushed passport worked with me to get them all necessary documents and I got state department approval 3 days later. My new passport just arrived and I’m heading to Aruba next week. I can’t thank them enough. I am so very grateful!!!

If I can give 100 stars I would. I was very skeptical at first and hesitant. I didn’t realize my passport was expiring before the 6 month point after booking a trip and was very stressed out. Definitely worth every penny for this process. Came the exact day it was expected. Great customer service. Kobe is as On top of everything and made it stress free.
