Great services ever from PHILILE NXELE at Isipingo Russell's keep it up you make my day

I came to the store(Wonderpark branch)to enquire, and the service I got from the sales assistant by the name of "Amogelang" was very exceptional. I wouldn't mind coming back to the store since managed to explain in detail. He gave me ideas together with the products.

The customer service I got at the store was very good ,Sizakele duze made me to be comfortable in choosing what I like and she was very patient with me

I had a Gas Stove query...the Consultants sorted it out and providing advices. Very friendly and prompt in identifying the problem after listening to my query. The Manager did follow-ups giving me feedback every step of the way. I am so pleased with their customer centricity.

My experience with Russell's steiloop customer service has been great, they give the best services, attend to you when you have an issue and you don't even have to call for an update they personally just call to give you an update.

Other Staff members, Dumisani and the manager have been very helpful.

I am Mr Fortuin.I bought a bed at the Vredenburg branch.Since the 14/8/2026.This people are lying to me why i cannot recieve my bed.
Every week they come up with a new story the truck from Capetown dont deliver this week.
I am frustrated. Your people at Head office said that the order i not processing because there are no stock available. According to miss Nkateko and Thando at your haed office. According to them there ara n beds of this in your wear house available.
But According to the branch manager of Vredenburg there are 20 beds available in the warehouse.
I am angry and frustrated. Last week i requested for my refund.
And they promised me that the bed will be here on Tuesday.
Today i made a request again now they are not sure if there will be a delivery anymore.
Always the same problem the truck is not coming through to Vredenburg.
Please can you assist me.Please sort the problem with Vredenburg branch why they keep on lying.
I will make a bad publicity for Russels.your services are very poor disappointing
